Great experience with Kevin from Tile Doctor. Clearly knowledgeable in his role and worked hard to bring our flag stone floor to life and gave excellent advice on ongoing care and tricky areas.We will definitely use the service again.As a side note, I previously used the Tile doctor products on travertine Tiles and they worked superbly- which is why I came back to the site for help with our flag stone floor. Painless purchase transaction. Product appears to be working fine after initial tests.

Purchased several products after spending hours doing research. Cleaners are decent stuff. Sealers are no good. Contact support with images of sealer leaving wet looking patches, only to be told to buy a more expensive product to absorbed the patches.

Update. Regardless of the gaslighting response. Product was added in 2 applications over a 48 hour period. 1st application no issues. Second application patchy despite even coat with excess removed immediately. Plastic sheets added 7 days later for decorating purposes and made no difference to the floor at all. There is bad feedback online with negative responses already. Not honest at all.

I had considered replacing my en-suite shower which was looking its age. Steve did a great job refurbishing the entire unit including the replacement of tired and, in places, moulding grout. Fully satisfied with the result.

From our very first enquiry regarding a deep clean of our hallway tiles, Steve made everything very easy. He was thoroughly professional, attentive to detail and carried out a great job. He has revived our tired tiles and also offered great tips regarding after care. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic job, took a pride in their work - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and Zak, not only did they beautifully restore our Victorian hallway, they recreated a perfect match in a small lobby area where the old tiles were completely missing. The transition sections into 5 doorways which were missing were also perfectly matched to the original. We are absolutely delighted with the job it looks fabulous.

Recently, I ordered three products from Tile Doctor (a pre-treatment spray, grout colorant, and some tools to get the job done). The website specifies that any order placed before 1 p.m. will be delivered the next working day. Two weeks later, none of the products had arrived. Furthermore, Tile Doctor never sent an order confirmation.
I contacted their customer service via email on two occasions and asked when the order would be delivered, unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply. As a result, I tried a product from another company—Smartseal. Their product, called Grout Magic, was sent promptly and did a great job. Thanks to PayPal, I also received a full refund from Tile Doctor on the same day I made a claim.

Our kitchen floor was in a seriously bad way and we didn’t know where to begin to sort it out. After Barry’s work, it looks fantastic - the difference is unbelievable and the tiles and grout look beautiful. In fact, it looks like a brand new floor. Barry’s tiling experience definitely helped with what wasn’t a run-of-the-mill problem to solve.

Barry and his team were really helpful throughout the process. They dealt with our many questions about the tiles and offered gentle suggestions. They were very good at taking care of the house/carpet as they moved equipment around and we appreciated their help with clearing the kitchen. When the work showed there was another issue that needed to be sorted out (which explained a lot), Barry pulled out the stops so it could be done as one job, although I think this made his Christmas week busier than it should have been. We also really appreciated the work being completed before Christmas and this flexibility from Barry and his team. Customer service from head office was also good.

Tom came to remove some mastic from our porcelain tiles after a glass room installation. He was absolutely brilliant! Went over and above what we expected him to do and came to sort it out very quickly for us before Christmas. Can't recommend him enough!

First class contract from ordering to delivery as always

Steve was very good at communicating and Tile Doctor as a company were also very good at letting me know what was happening. We had spilled red wine on our Portuguese limestone fireplace. So it was a large area with splashes too. Steve was brilliant and cleaned the whole fireplace and then sealed it for us. It looks as good as new now. Don’t be put off by the quote - it can seem a little expensive but get what you pay for - quality job and my fireplace was in safe hands. Thank you Steve - I have already recommended you to a friend.
