The customer service is excellent ! I ordered some indigo holdups thinking that they very navy but they were actually purple. I returned them and customer service took the trouble to find another brand which would meet my needs. They refunded the price difference without asking. The delivery was fast and perfect.

Great company to deal with, alot of lovely products with good glossy website. All of my orders dispatched quickly with fast delivery.

Never ordered from this company before but after looking at the reviews I gave them a try... Customer service was excellent there needed to be a slight change with my address that I noticed after placing my order they got back to me quickly and corrected it.. I ordered two pairs of tights on the 12/04/23 and I received them the morning of 14/04/23 so great experience so far

Ordered on 29 December. Surprisingly Royal Mail delivered 30 December. Haven't opened the boxes yet but I have bought these tights before so expect they will be OK. Good selection, good delivery time. Will order again.

5% discount code offered as new customer but made to create an account with Tights Tights Tights in order to avail of said offer. So signed up, entered all my details as they only allow you 10 mins in which to use the code. Went back to my shopping basket to try to checkout but when I tried to enter the discount code, it was refused & got message saying this code is only valid for new orders! What a scam! Will not be ordering anything from them ever.

Two pairs of tights (at a total price with postage of about £20) laddered immediately - I couldn't wear either pair. On contacting customer services, I was told this is not considered a manufacturing fault & as a gesture of good will they would send me £5. Absurd service. Low quality products and will definitely never order again... Certainly won't be using the insulting £5 'good will' funds. I'd recommend sticking to the more well known resellers of tights as in my experience they treat consumers with respect.

I ordered 5 pairs of tights and stockings, they arrived the next day which was not expected and so was able to wear them straight away. Everything was fast and efficient, including the fact 1 pair was damaged and on speaking with customer services the issue was seamlessly overcome - well done TightsTightsTights! will definitely order again :-)

Really poor customer service I bought a pair of cream hold ups for my birthday kept them in the drawer a few weeks later after opening the hold ups didnt stick it was absolutely useless and a waste of £15 as they said it was past the 30 days return policy. I offered to send them back for inspection to prove they weren't worn. Dont bother poor quality and bad customer service.

Fantastic tights! I love them!! Can't stop wearing them! And the amount of times I have caught them on something and they should have snagged and have not is amazing !!! Will deffiently purchase from here again

Tights came super quick never had a issue however never opened them up until today and they are ripped on front and back, because it’s out of the 30 days by a few days they are not willing to resolve considering they are over £15 with delivery I wouldn’t usually complain but this is ridiculous and yes 100% sure I have ordered several times and never had no issue but my email from your company and your reply regarding faulty tights is all I need to say never had a issue with service till now
