I’m very happy with Tiger King Service
I’m very happy with Tiger King Service. The only thing I would improve is more direct communication. Since they are not in the US, it’s not as easy to communicate. But they are pretty good about answering the emails and/or phone calls.

There was damage to the safe when I received it. New safe shipped out. Costumer service operates fairly slow, one message a day. Good safe.

Due to the world time difference, you sent the email in our early morning, and our customer service replied to your email asap during working hours and promptly agreed to send you a new one. We received your confirmation reply on Saturday, and since shipping isn't available over the weekend, we shipped the new safe first thing on Monday. According to the tracking, you received the new safe on Wednesday. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we're here to help!

Follow up. Tiger King has been very responsive to resolving my request for a replacement key. They have come up with a solution to solve the problem since the original key can no longer be duplicated.
Love my Tiger King safe. Ordered replacement keys and sent key numbers for master key and emergency key. Waited 30 days and received wrong master keys. Was told I would receive correct key but not given time frame.
