Simple to use web site, lots of choice. I found what I wanted fairly quickly at a reasonable price, it came very quickly and is excellent quality. Fluffy cloud bed heaven for duvet days and sleepy nights. Waited a long time to treat ourselves to an expensive mattress topper and it didn’t disappoint! Worth the money, arrived super quick too.

Customer care isn’t up to my standards as it did offer 15% discounts upon sign up but I didn’t received anything, when I contacted them they told me that I haven’t registered and given my consent. Which I have, but some magical way they have started sending me marketing materials! How does that work! You cannot see I have given but somehow your system knows! Poor customer experience.

Customer service was prompt and courteous when responding to my inquiry about wonderful pillows being used at a hotel at which I stayed. Placing the order was easy and the overseas delivery was quick.

Starting with the Customer Support team; They're polite, quick in sending feedback and effective.
There has been a slight delay in the delivery schedule, to be clear it was just one day, nevertheless they happily, and without a second question forwarded my order to a new destination.
Beyond that and above all the quality from the fabric to the engraving are excellent. It really was the perfect wedding gift.

Fits deep mattress perfectly
Quick delivery. My main concern was whether it would fit my deep mattresses. No need to worry. Fits perfectly. Maybe the depth should be added to the description. I’ve also got M&S extra deep. Fits the same. Nice feel. Lovely large fitting pillow cases too.

Silky, light and warm
Bed linen and duvet like sleeping under a silky cloud. And warm. Wonderful. The delivery was very fast too. I bought the 10.5 tog feather and down duvet with the classic 300 thread count linen.
