Excellent service
Went into store today with my daughter to renew my phone sim contracts on my business account. We were assisted by the store manager who firstly offered my daughter a tablet to play on whilst she waited. Which I thought very considerate.
He asked if she had a tablet to which I replied no as she had a phone . I did however say that I was starting a new course and had been trying to decide whether to go with a tablet or laptop . I explained I wanted something just for my coursework and completely separate from my apple account . He disappeared saying he had the perfect option and returned with a pad and keyboard set up. He managed to get me a great deal on all my phone contracts and the new pad. He couldn’t have been more helpful and even managed to get my three app working which I haven’t been able to access forever!!
Will definitely be returning to the store again if I need anymore assistance.

Connor was so helpful
Connor was so helpful ensuring my partner who is not great with digital stuff got the right phone for him and everything was set up for immediate use. Connor was patient and so knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Thanks for a great experience

Great and helpful staff
All staff in this store are always fantastic and helpful. Always going the extra to make sure all questions are answered and the best deals are found. From small queries to contract renewals they take the time you need and don't make you feel rushed. Hats off to all in store. Today in particular I was helped by Adam J who found me just what I need to help with my situation. Informative and friendly. Great customer service

Popped into store
Popped into store to sort out my work phone that I’d been having trouble with and to update my contracts, Connor helped me and made it very easy to sort! Really happy with the service I received and with a much better deal than I was on so very happy!
