Great experience in 3 welwyn garden city today, Deimante who was training but I only knew this because she was wearing a badge! was very helpful and knowledgeable considering she was training, Nick the assistant manager was fantastic, sorted me out a great deal with so much knowledge, defo recommend!

I just want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to Nick, the Assistant Manager, and Rianna for the incredible support they gave me.
After dealing with so many frustrating issues with my phone, I was feeling completely stressed and overwhelmed. They both went above and beyond, trying absolutely everything they could to get it working again. Sadly, it just wasn't possible, and I needed to buy a new phone.
From that moment on, they made what could have been a really upsetting experience so much easier. They talked me through every single step with so much patience, kindness, and understanding, making sure I never felt rushed or confused. They even helped fit my screen protector and made sure everything was set up properly before I left, so I walked out with a phone that was ready to use.
Their genuine care, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me. It's rare to come across customer service like this these days, and I honestly can't thank them enough for everything they did. They turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience.
Nick and Rianna are an absolute credit to Three. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, patience, and for going so far above and beyond. People like you make all the difference, and I truly hope your hard work and dedication are recognised.
