I recently visited the Uxbridge store and was truly impressed by the experience. In the past, I’ve sometimes felt rushed or uncomfortable asking general questions when I wasn’t planning to make a purchase. However, from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Tim, who was more than happy to help. His colleague Sameh was also incredibly insightful and patient. They both took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. Their welcoming attitude and professionalism turned what could have been a simple visit into a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely feel confident and happy to return in the future.

I m at my wits end- so look like a robot replied definitely not a real person but a robot with my dilemma- so I very definitely disappointed that a human did not attend to my major vulnerabilities.
I am in India trying so hard to connect with my son and daughter hence I upgraded and paying £91 a month from my pension to be able to speak to my only family in the uk. But three are liars and scammers for taking this and not providing me with the roaming deal I signed off at your Uxbridge branch. Gave you a glow feedback only to be treated like an unhuman. I am a real person 73 years old and I can’t connected to what was promised it delivery failed a vulnerable mother and grandmother where Three want to charge me £7per day to make calls to Uk
I m very distressed and feeling very bad I cannot sustain your non support. I have made copies of all conversations chat and online robot there is no way for human to take my call. Also going to expose this on all platforms to see how you treat people like me. I have worked all my life in a service industry you have treated me as an peice of shit that has no value. This is going on my review on trustpilot and pissed.com and google reviews now
