Excellent IT support with mobile phone issues
A couple of weeks ago I twice visited the Three store, Quadrant Centre, Swansea, UK. The customer service provided was excellent for various reasons including: a willingness to help, time spent diagnosing my phone problem, explaining options going forward without 'pressure selling', further help in setting up my new phone and encouragement to return for more assistance if any additional issues were experienced. Polite, professional and friendly throughout. Thank you

From frazzle to a way forward
Thank you Ryan for your fantastic help today in your Swansea branch. We came in in a right frazzle. We had tried talking to someone on the phone and we weren't getting their emails for security. We literally drove over 20 miles to get here to try and have some sense and a way forward. Ryan helped us find out the problem and upgraded us to a tablet that we will actually use. The other staff were very cheery and friendly too. It was a very positive experience ✨️

Louis that dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, he had an answer for all of my questions, he was friendly and professional a credit to the company and his store. I will most definitely be coming back and asking for him, he made getting a new phone excited when I normally dread it

Ryan was a great help, got me set up with WiFi and Simon both unlimited for much cheaper than my existing provider, moved my number over and did the WiFi switching for me too, very helpful and friendly along with everyone else on the team
