Scunthorpe 3 store excellent service
We went to check our data allowance in the 3 shop in Scunthorpe. We were fortunate to be served by Keenan, he was extremely knowledgeable very patient young man (we are of an age where technology is a complete mystery to us) however Keenan was not daunted by the challenge, he went through all the options and giving us solutions to problems, we ended up buying a tablet with keyboard and other accessories. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything however his knowledge of the products and his patient explanation he gave us a cost effective and more practical way that met all our requirements. We would alway rather deal with a people than a Web site or a call centre, the Scunthorpe 3 shop is well run with friendly knowledgeable staff and it was a pleasure to be served by Keenan. From start to finish we made to feel valued customers and Keenan was exceptional and a credit to the company
