Jess was amazingly helpful and patient while I purchased my MiFi Hub contract.
She set up the mobile unit for me and fully explained its function.
Very pleased with the service.

I went in store, not in the best mood as my phone had suddenly broken. Maddi was extremely helpful, she recommended a phone repair store however my phone was not salvageable. She then went through multiple different phone and colours options to try and find the thing that best suited my needs at the end of a Sunday shift. She was also extremely polite and very helpful.

Both Josh and Jordan in the Plymouth Drakes Circus store provided a high level of customer service. Both are polite, friendly but, most importantly, knowledgable.
They were very pleasant to deal with and really helpful and very patient when assisting me with upgrading my phone.
However I wasn’t advised that I would need to also purchase a new plug and earphones because of the upgrade which I only realised when I opened the box after I arrived home.
There was also a small issue with the colour of the phone but it was ok.
Overall though I am pleased with the service received.

Jess in Plymouth was amazing, really helpful and got me set up really quickly and worked through my requirements.

I spoke to Sam in the Plymouth shop. He helped me sort a warranty claim for a faulty Pixel with Google when he didn't have to.

We visited the Three store today to try and sort out a very confusing issue with my grandparents’ phone accounts, and we were incredibly lucky to be helped by Maddie.

From the moment we arrived, she was patient, kind, and genuinely determined to help us figure out what had happened. The situation was quite complicated, with multiple payments and SIM cards involved, but Maddie took the time to carefully go through everything step by step until she got to the bottom of it. She explained everything clearly and made sure my grandparents understood what was going on, which meant a lot to us.

It’s not often you come across customer service this thoughtful and thorough. What impressed us even more is that she mentioned she had only been working there a few months – you would never know! She was professional, calm, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
Thank you so much, Maddie, for making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. You’re a real credit to the store! 😊

Jennifer was really helpful and funny. I had fun and got a great sim deal at the same time.

1. Needed a new Sim card, advisor gave me a number to call! ...but if my current Sim is faulty how was I supposed to do that?? Wouldn't let me call from their store either, "you must have a friends phone you could use?"...Dumb, just dumb!!! [eventually got my replacemt via an sms text chat to India delivered in UK next day. Puts UK shop operations to shame?]

2. 5G service is getting worse over time. Today's figure is 4MBs download, and I live in a city! Maybe time to look elsewhere for a new provider.

Edit - retested speeds a few day later (3x for each).
7am - 200MBS, 9am - 5MBS, 11am - 20MBS.
I don't expect 200+ all day, especially during peak hours, but with most services now setting a 4MBS minimum a single digit speed is pretty unacceptable outdoors in a modern UK city.

I found that the service was extremely good in store. After having several issues the team were more than helpful in resolving them.

Hello, I visited the Three Store in Plymouth today. I had fallen and destroyed my previous phone leaving me without contacts and necessary applications used for my work.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by two members of staff that were welcoming and more than happy to help me out.

I needed to purchase a new phone and being slightly illiterate with technology needed some assistance with the SIM and restoration of previous stored photos / applications. I spoke to a member of staff called Dave who was well spoken, reassuring and more than happy to help. This instantly put my mind at ease.

We discussed the previous device that I had been using (Google Pixel 6) and what would be the best upgrade for my needs. Dave helped me to find the best device, along with a fantastic offer for trading in my old phone at the same time, not only allowing me to be setup and ready with my new device quickly to allow me to continue with work, but also helped me by saving money on the traded in handset.

Dave walked me through what to do, and assisted me with transfer of my old SIM that had all of my previous contact data. When trying to log in to my google account on the new Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, there was an issue with me not knowing my password. Dave sat, helped me to work through this and eventually I have been able to access everything that I needed on my device. I felt that Dave went above and beyond his job today, making sure that I as the customer was helped, got what I needed and went away confident with my purchase.

I would 100% reccomend this store. Dave who was friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable member of staff from the get go really helped me to get everything sorted with ease. Thank you so much for your help.
