Even wrote it all down for me...... used 3 for over 10 years and hands down the best service I've ever received. Highly recommend

came to get a second device today for my partner who has been with o2 for years but 02 couldnt help him unless he waited 2 weeks so came to 3 and Roesina helped us she was very knowledgeable and friendly saved us both lots of money and did us a deal on some accessories.i would recommend 3 to all my friends and family .well done Roesina and 3 you smashed it !!!!!

Roesina was great today, very knowledgeable and patient and we didn't feel pressured to commit to anything. We came away from the shop with a better deal and good advice for upgrading in future.
