The two lads (Liam and his other colleague) in the Lancaster Store , Sunday 31 May 2026 were a fresh of breath air… went to EE, my long time provider, would not budge on any deals sim only or new phones… twenty seconds looking and ‘nope, nothing’ however 3!!!! They found deals, applied sims, deals, and more deals and in the end walked out with two new latest I-phones…. Only £20 more than my sim deal! Well done guys… going that extra mile to sort it! Hope you get your festival!

I called into three store and was greeted by the manager ,she was lovely and super helpful in helping switch me and my husband from o2,process was easy and seamless thank you to your staff 😊

I couldn't get the phone i wanted on the day I wanted it as I didn't realise I needed ID to do it. Visited the following day and had a great experience with dean and jodie! And now I am writing this from my new phone.

I went into lancaster shop because ut stopped charging properly and it was time for a new phone. I was greeted my the manager jodie she was super helpful and friendly she took me through the whole process to getme a new phone and the best deal. My daughter is due an upgrade soon i will definitely be back.

Dean was friendly and a very pleasent young man. Nothing was too much service.

Had already spoken to an advisor last week and came today to get it all sorted out. Saw Dean who did me an even better deal and set it all up for me, making both my devices sync-up together. Thanks

Me and my partner both needed upgrades, we went into EE first and had a negative experience so went next door to Three. Right away the guys did a great job of sussing out what we needed, found us both new devices with the roaming we wanted. Absolute experts, 5 stars.

Popped into store for a quick an easy one, wanted the cheapest of everything as I'm not a heavy user. Only needed calls and texts. Advisor helped me sort out a tablet for myself too! He set it up for me too which was great ..

My phone wasn't working and had to visit the shop multiple times, trying multiple different things to work out the cause. In the end advisor helped me sort out a new device and explained it all to me in a way that me and my partner could understand. Can't wait to try this new one out and finally have a working phone.

NoWent to Lancaster store to look at new phones, was served my a lovely lady called Jodie the manager ,she talked me through my options and we found a new phone she helped me get set up. Great to deal with.
