It was my great fortune to be dealt with by a young lady named Taina. Not only was she very polite, friendly and professional, she was also very patient. This young lady sorted out a multitude of very technical problems concerning a new phone and I came away feeling like a very valued customer. Taina showed a nice professional friendliness and she is a brilliant representative and ambassador for 3. 3 is very lucky to have such a conscientious employee on its books.
