Fantastic in store experience
I was a returning customer. Been with Three for 10+ years. Popped into Silverburn store to see about a possible upgrade. The customer service we received was excellent, Craig was most helpful and guided us through the process. Altogether a pleasant experience.

Glasgow Silverburn and Craig was incredibly helpful
I was in the 3 store in Glasgow Silverburn and Craig was incredibly helpful in getting my new air time deal to ensure I had more data and as a result I ended up upgrading my handset early too. Great service.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience! Came in for a sim upgrade and ended up getting such a great deal left with two new phones, set up for us in store. Craig was excellent from start to finish - highly recommended

Exceptional Customer Service
Visited the Glasgow Silverburn 3 store to look at a long overdue upgrade. The customer service from staff was first class and offered me options within my budget. Upgrading in store and speaking with staff is well worth it and I would encourage anybody who is looking to upgrade to do the same!
