Replacement 5G broadband unit
I went into the Three shop by Sloane square, to seek help with my 5G business broadband unit. I was greeted by Zacharia, who had a look at my unit, and then tested it - he agreed that it was not functioning correctly, and straight away proposed swapping it out for a new unit. He then completed the registration process, and tested the new unit, which worked to perfection.

Super quick
Super quick, efficient. Another stolen iPhone. Set it up new physical SIM card and one e-sim. Hana was very patient and helped me solve my problems and helped me set up my new phone.

Zacaria was great at Three shop on King'sRoad. He was very polite, attentive, knowledgeable. He never rushed me into any decisions. It was super! He helped me to choose a right product for my new phone.
Zacaria went an extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, while he was explaining every detail re my new phone. He went an extra mile to put my new Sim in and a new cover on. It was very very kind of him 🫠.
