He was very helpful and took time to explain things in detail as I am a pen and paper generation.

Fantastic service from Joseph today at 3 Carmarthen. So professional, knowledgeable and polite. Couldn't have done more for us. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 Joseph. Have to also all the staff are excellent. Always treated well and given all the time we need. Fantastic staff all around.

Excellent service from Dan the Manager who helped me set up my phone with google. Team are great at service not just sales.

I am already a Business Three Contract customer with 3 SIMS and 1 x Indoor HUB and SIM. NB: I have now been advised by Buisness Customer Care that they are experiencing long time issues with their 4 & 5g Networks thus effecting coverage of the aforementioned networks and their is no short term solution.

I visited this branch following an issue with the THREE 5G outside hub (contract taken out at Hereford Branch) , which was faulty. The Hereford branch refused to deal with the issue and referred me to customer care business, who told me that the branch should had of dealt with the issue. To cut a long story short, Chief Executive Customer Care had to step in and cancel the contract allowing me to take out a new contract.

That’s what I did. The staff were very helpful friendly and polite and as an inducement I was offered a Honor 9 with keyboard with SIM and unlimited data. However after the financial check I was offered the Honor 8 (which I later found out to be an inferior model) and after one and half hours in store I accepted.

Shortly afterwards I regretted my decision and contacted the executive office and they said they could not understand why a financial check would mean that I would get a lesser model and suggested I return it to store for an exchange.

Once I was in the Carmarthen area, I returned the unopened tablet to store and explained the situation to a staff member , after I had given them my mobile number (with 3 ) answered several security questions and showed them a photograph of my driving licence.
We were joined by the manager Daniel, who insisted that despite all the aforementioned checks and already having driving licence on record, he could not discount the issue about the unhappiness of being duped into having an inferior Honor 8 pad. He refused point blank to listen to reason or use his discretion.

I did ask that if I later returned with my driving licence would he make the exchange….he gave me a sideways look as if to say NO.

This has soured my taste with THREE and the Chief Executive Office virtually washed there hands of it, stating that the CEO could not issue an exchange. IF HE CAN’T WHO CAN????

NB: I contacted Three Business Customer Care and reported connectivity issues. Gave them my postcode, screenshot of extremely poor download and upload speeds, due to slow response times, this took nearly an hour to convey and was referred to technical support…nearly two days later STILL WAITING!!!!!! I’ve now reduced to a one star, as the poor even non existent customer care and support is terrible.

I have now reported the mater to OfCom and Consumer Watchdog Programs.

The staff been amazing ,very helpful.
And keen to sort my problem.
Also very cooperative and polite.
The service was incredibly amazing
