Mr Ardi was very helpful today with his exceptionally detailed explanation regarding service switch to Three from a different operator.

Although this review is slightly overdue, I felt it was important to recognise an exceptional experience we had at Three.

On 14th March at approximately 3:30pm, my daughter and I visited the Three store in Cardiff to set up her new iPhone 15 and transfer data from her previous device. We were warmly welcomed by Saira, Gid, Aimee and Shaz, all of whom dedicated significant time and care to assisting us.

The data transfer process took considerably longer than expected—several hours in fact. Despite this, the team remained consistently professional, patient and attentive throughout. As we are not particularly confident with technology, they ensured that every step was clearly explained, taking the time to guide us through the process in a calm and reassuring manner.

What stood out most was their commitment to customer care. Saira the Manager, was due to finish her shift at 5:00pm, yet kindly stayed on until 7:00pm to ensure everything was completed successfully. This level of dedication was truly above and beyond expectations, especially given that the store remained busy with customers right up until closing time. We ourselves did not leave until after the store had closed due to the length of the transfer.

It is rare to encounter such a genuinely customer-focused team. Their professionalism, warmth, patience and ability to engage with customers was outstanding. We were especially touched by their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, even knowing they each had long journeys home.

Three should be extremely proud of the team in Cardiff. They are an invaluable asset to the company and their commitment to delivering exceptional service reflects incredibly well on the brand. I sincerely hope they are recognised and rewarded for the remarkable work they do with good perks and pay. Individuals like this are truly worth their weight in gold.

The member of staff called Harrison always provides excellent communication and solutions, whenever I face troubles with the 3 network services.

Gio was the guy dealing me.. he smartly delt and gave me a best price deal. Frirndly & guides u 1000 times if u ask him anything. Love three.

We went in to resolve an issue about an old SIM we had which took quite sometime to resolve, however Shaz was extremely helpful and got us the help we needed. He did not make us feel like an inconvenience and we truly felt he wanted the best outcome for us. Thank you Shaz!
