Very good, never had any issue, syncing product is easy and continues to improve all the time. Quality of products and customer service is great.

I have a customer that has waited about two months, and still haven't received his item, only a parcel. He requested for a refund, and the agents and support are both giving me run arounds and basically saying I can't get a refund, I can get $10 after the client has spent over $100 for the whole outfit, and only received the shirt. Sometimes when people buy clothes, they have appointments that they need these items for, they missed sending the item, stating, (It's already made it to the U.S. we can give you $10) we just missed the reason we made the outfit for, even though we paid for it one month in advance. It looks like the same thing is happening with my Valentines Day Outfit. Let's see if it gets here on time. If not, I'll be back here.

What I like about this App is that easy to navigate. They are responsive and will notify us of any updates. Customer service is great and they are so patient. Excellent service, easy to use and so much help along the way. Cheers to Sissie, one of the CS agents. Very supportive and friendly.

The website has improved a lot especially with synch orders. Now orders are synched even with a different mock up and ai dont have to go through 18 pages of my design to match the order. It would be great if you can synch out of stock shoe sizes with etsy.

Drop shipping on demand can work out at a pricey process if you pick the wrong service.
The good thing with Thisnew is you see everything upfront with no additional cost, they have over 700+ products to customise. Designing your own through their online system is very easy to use and can be done on a desktop or tablet (change to desktop view).
Ordering is simple and easily tracked to your buyer or if you are just interested in creating for personal use.
Should you wish to sell online you can easily hook up with Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy and can be generated from your Thisnew account.
What I will say is get to know the system before you make any ratings, they will guide you through the process if you get stuck.
The only limit is your imagination.

ThisNew is an awfull company. I used to sell shower curtains with them on Etsy, and every fourth package was delivered late, every seventh was lost. Buyers constantly wrote to me and asked where their parcels were. ThisNew lost the packages and every time they refused to return the money, I had to refund the customers from my pocket. In the end, they stopped responding to my messages altogether, and manager Louise ignored me when I wrote her on WhatsApp. So I definitely don't recommend them.

When I first started working with this company I had nothing but problems. Since then they have assigned a new account manager who is on top of everything. Things are still a little slow coming from them and they frequently change stock. But their customer service has improved tremendously.

They do not comply to GDPR, CAN-SPAM act nor CCPA.

They send spam mails you never asked for, without a way to unsubscribe. Their website does not have a cookie policy consent system and do not honor the right to erasure, as you can't delete your account nor what they've collected from you.

I've contacted them some days ago and still got no response. This is a MAJOR RED FLAG for any online store: nevermind this spam problem, but if they never answer anyone regardless of the situation at hand, you're left on your own. What if there's an issue with the shipping and it never arrives, or you want to ask a refund? You get scammed, basically.

I honestly can't fault ThisNew personally.

I use then for hooded blankets and more recently canvas. Postage and production times are as advised on the site. The customer service is brilliant and very quick, especially Lois my account manager.

Really great purchasing experience from ThisNew. I'm able to get in touch with someone super quickly using their live chat. They respond to my emails within a day. Most representatives have been helpful. And fulfillment and delivery time has greatly decreased. They're fulfilling orders the same day now, which is crazy. I'm really impressed with their efforts to improve and keep up with demand.

Absolute rubbish website. They keep removing and adding products. I have shopify store. Wanted to add products from This New. But they have limited mock ups. Mock up does not work all the time. They put the wrong descriptions with wrong products. I already found ton of mistakes in their website. They simply don't know of how to set up proper functioning website. Some products have very limited mock up view. they even put wrong mock ups with related product. this is the worst e commerce website I have ever found. This website is absolute RUBBISH. I find mistakes and keep telling them to correct. But they never do. It feels like I am talking to deaf people. They are absolutely disgrace.

This company has excellent customer service. Shout out to Amber and Mia who have always resolved any problems Iv faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. 😷😊😁

ThisNew is a great company that have one of the largerst ranges of print on demand items for very reasonable prices. They are ideal if you are looking to start up your own print on demand business. Their low prices are fantastic for battling with competition as you can undercut a lot of your competitors whilst still making a healthy profit.

I noticed that they have received negative feedback mainly due to delays in shipping that I believe would have been caused by the current pandemic but many people won't take that into consideration. They have all the shipping delay times available on their site so that there is no loss in delivery expectation and keep you informed on all fronts. They have been speedy when it came to contacting them or sorting out transactions. I have spent a large amount of money with them this year and have sent out many orders. Given the volume of sales the number of issues or lost items that have occurred have been minimal. They were quick to refund me with any lost items which many companies don't even provide as they don't take liability once the item has been dispatched.

I would highly recommend them and believe they offer a great service.

prints are awful , colors are totally off customer service totally irresponsive and they block you when you post on their facebook page to ask for answers

So first of all, they don't tell you that you have to top up an account on their website with a minimum of $200 before the payment page so for smaller orders, forget it. Second is that they never replied to my emails while I was willing to buy on their website despite their wallet system. Then I wanted to delete my account and unsubscribe from their poolry designed newsletter, and you can't do any of these actions, so no GDPR or CCPA compliance. So I've ended up not buying anything from them, and had to flag their emails as spams. Avoid them, that's all I can say!
