I ordered some shirts from Co.ThirtySix late in 2025. The shirts they sent were the wrong size. They gave me a return label and I thought, great, no problem. They were supposed to send me the correct size in a couple of days. THAT never happened. I waited for almost 3 weeks and heard nothing even though my card was charged. I finally received a reply to my many emails asking about shipping status and was told they were out of stock due to the Christmas rush. I had them cancel the order. Then, in January, I got an email saying the shirts were on the way! I contacted them and they said, "just return them once they arrive". NOTHING arrived but my card was charged again!! I contacted them again and they credited my account.

In March of 2026, I received another noticed that more shirts were on the way with a tracking number included. It showed the order was placed in November of 2025!

I contacted them again and told them to remove my SHOP account information since there is no way for me to do it. That way they could charge me again for another "phantom" shipment. They said they couldn't do that since it was MY account. ???

When I checked the tracking info they provided it showed they items were delivered via USPS at my doorstep at a certain date and time. Of course, nothing was and I have video cameras to prove it.

I contacted their customer service again and expressed my frustration with this entire experience. They apologized, but really provided me with NO resolution.

I fully expect another shipment notification to arrive in a few months even though no shirts ever show up!!....SMH

This company may have good shirts according to those who actually receive shorts, but the way they did business with me is a scam!!

I don't usually leave reviews but it seems unfair this shop is showing a low rating from my experience. My order was a bit delayed which is why I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. I actually had to return the item and the customer service was great and the refund issued promptly. I will definitely visit the store if I'm ever in Cirencester

You order from this people and you will receive NOTHING. They’ll just take your money in 2 seconds. Stay away from co36

First time writing a review! I have never really ordered clothes from online stores. Obviously with what is happening it's going to happen more. Found a t-shirt for a present. Ordered it and then stressed as I never heard back. On top of this I was and still am having trouble with a different online order from a different company. Chris at Thirty Six replied very promptly to my email and eased my mind explaining the t-shirt was actually on the way. Quality customer service, The kind that makes you write a review. Shop with these guys.

Customer service is at a completely different level with these guys. There was a mix up in the warehouse and I received the wrong order for a shirt for my holidays. I sent an email and Chris responded almost immediately with an email, then updated me regarding a replacement. This was all done in time to get the shirt I ordered for my holiday. To make up for the error he also sent me a free gift which was unexpected and a very nice touch. In an age of online orders, amazing customer service really stands out as its such a rare experience. I would order from Thirtysix store again safe in the knowledge that if something does go wrong these guys will bend over backwards to solve the problem. Absolutely excellent and many thanks again to Chris.

I am not a huge reviewer but the customer service received from them, namely Chris when I ordered the wrong size shoes was nothing short of amazing. I've never had a company reply to emails as quickly as they did. I rush ordered shoes before holidays and due to my eagerness ordered the wrong ones! Hats off to all and especially Chris, I will definitely be back to order again.
