I made several profitable trades with this broker in my account 88301. Right after this, ThinkMarkets applied some technical manipulations to my account: I was not able to open positions for US stocks (got "Rejected by Rule" error). Furthermore they applied huge slippages of about 3 pip to my account. Meaning that you open the trade with a pretty big loss and close it with ~2-3 pips worth price. I finally lost my balance, of course because of my strategy, but I have very negative impression of this company. They do everything they can in order to lose your deposit as soon as possible.

Revoking my swap free account for no provided reason
They changed my swap free account to normal account, without mentioning a reason.
I had already losing positions and now I have to pay SWAP for it as well.
This was not the deal, and my account manager from their side assured me that my Islamic account with swap free will stay forever as long as I am using the broker.
I would have not opened those positions if I knew that I will be charged for SWAP.
Notice that in their reply , they will never mention or justify the fake information I received from my account manager.
Complete fraud!!

Good luck getting your money back
I was hoping ThinkMarkets would be different than other brokers but they aren't. They lie any chance they get. I sent them KYC documents. Then they asked for them signed so i signed them. Then they wanted them notarized so I went and had that done. Then they wanted more documents signed by the government.
NOW they haven't emailed me in 3 weeks. The website chat lied and said I'd get an email within 24 hours then another website agent lied and said it's a bug that will be fixed very soon. He actually thought I'd believe that a bug is the reason no one has emailed me in 3 weeks.
If these people lie and can't be bothered to email you back, imagine what would happen if you actually had an emergency and needed something urgently from them. How long would they wait before emailing you back about your money? Would they lie and say they sent your funds to you? Or claim that a bug caused your funds to disappear into their pocket.
