Just got back from my vegas wedding and I’ve got to say it was fantastic. The wedding travel company sorted everything out for us so it was hassle and stress free. We stayed at the Bellagio hotel which I highly recommend and flew with virgin from Manchester. But the best part was getting married in the Grand Canyon via helicopter. Everything was well organised from our photographer, hair and makeup by dannielle and our official Scott who married us and flowers. We were picked up from the hotel by lance also our photographer from bliss chapel. I wouldn’t change a thing and all the way Tracy Mudd and her team guided us. I wouldn’t change a highly recommend using the wedding travel company a big thank you to them all.

Suzanne has been great to deal with so far! Really helpful. Deposits paid for 2028 so let the planning commence! 🖤🤍

We’ve only just started organising our wedding for 2028, but so far the service has been absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, everything has been clear, transparent and explained really well, which has made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming.

Sarah has been incredibly helpful and nothing ever seems too much to ask. She’s been patient with all of our questions and has made us feel really confident that we’re in safe hands.

We’re so excited to continue planning our special day with the team and can’t wait to see everything come together! 💍🤍

Louise was really helpful when we were looking for our destination wedding. Considering I was starting with it narrowed down to Europe she did amazingly well, answering all my questions quickly and also helping me with other ideas and options she thought would be of interest. I have now booked our wedding venue and we love it.

From the moment we started planning our wedding, our coordinator Sue, went above and beyond to make everything feel so easy and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always there to answer our questions, offer advice, and reassure us throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Today we had booked our special day in Cyprus at the legacy venue with the help of angel ! Who has been amazing.
I feel like I have hardly had to look into anything and angel has took care of everything and made our ideas and dreams come to life.
We are very grateful for all the help and look forward to our journey to begin.

We have made some changes and add ones last minute before securing the date and angel has got us some a great deal and made everything we wanted possible.

We originally booked with Roxi and couldn’t fault her one bit we clicked from the start. Unfortunately for some unknown reason we was re allocated Kim and this is where all our issues began. The bulk issue was zero communication which led to stress we didn’t need running up to the big day. Luckily a month prior to wedding we was able to finalise details and connect directly with Liz over in Greece . All in all we managed pull off a fantastic wedding and a huge thank you to Roxi who offered her own back decided to fly out to Greece and assist in helping our day go as planned . This was a total surprise as we had not spoken in months but she was aware of issues through chain of emails ABSOLUTE 5* customer service from Roxi . We can not promote her enough if given the chance to work with Roxi snatch it up she will honestly go above and beyond

From the first phone call the help and advise given has been excellent. We have just returned from getting married in Las Vegas and everything was amazing the Paris Hotel was in the perfect location, flights were great and the Graceland chapel was out of this world. Tracy was just amazing at the Wedding Travel Company any questions we had before flying out she helped with and we both felt we were in good hands. We will definitely recommend the company

We booked our wedding through the wedding travel company and firstly dealt with Clare, who provided us our original quote with idea of guests and plan we wanted. She was great and really helpful!

We decided to book Agreco Farm in Greece, Crete, and honestly can’t recommend this venue enough! The wedding travel company helped us connect with this venue, provided all menu, decor and drink prices which was extremely helpful.

Once we had determined everything we wanted we then dealt with Sue, she again was lovely so helpful and helped guide us into planning our perfect day! She was a great between discussing with us and the venue/on the day coordinator.
She helped plan personalised parts of the day and was very efficient on emails, gaining pricing and taking onboard our creative ideas!

I would highly recommend the wedding travel company to help plan your wedding, especially with planning an abroad wedding they helped with making it as stress free as possible!

One possible thing which may have been more helpful in the planning process, and I have also feedback would be to have a face time call with planners rather than just telephone call, I feel this would make it a lot easier to plan being able to speak face to face, making it a little more personal.

After this we received contact to our on the day coordinator and final planner and I could not praise her enough! Rebecca🤍 she was so professional but so easy to talk to, we had a face time call with her which made things so much easier and felt really personal. She was so knowledgeable and helped us guide and plan our day to make it run smooth. We told her our vision and she just grasped it.

We had our first visit to the venue a few days before the wedding day and she again was so lovely, really sat and took time to run us through the day and take any changes/ideas we had (especially the chairs!).

On the day she was amazing, she really brought our vision to life and we honestly can’t thank her enough, highly highly recommend Rebecca - thank you!!

Suzanne from the wedding travel company was our wedding planner based in Cyprus for our wedding at Kaliva on the beach. She was amazing from start to finish. Any questions I had she would answer so quickly and efficiently. She helped me with my ideas and planning. Multiple people came up to me the day after the wedding to say how amazing she was on the day. I couldn’t have planned the most amazing day without her. Would highly recommend

The wedding of daughter out in Cyprus was the most perfect day one could have wished for - there was beauty , care and attention to every detail and organisation that pulled all those year long plans together .
Suzie - the wedding planner - a wonderful warm absolute force of nature , made it happen ! Paid attention the planning , listened to what was wanted , advised accordingly . Suzie Took away any stressors that she could , ensured the bridal couple were always looked after and extended that care to the family too.

We booked our destination wedding in Sorrento, Italy through the Wedding Travel Company. We booked with Bernadette, who was incredibly informative and helpful. We then moved to Suzanne in the planning team who was supportive throughout the process. The legal team were amazing and sorted everything out for us so easily and quickly. Something that we believed would be stressful was a very straightforward process. During this, we were put in contact with Fatima, as our planner in Sorrento. From the moment we first spoke to Fatima, we knew we were in safe hands. She is unbelievably organised, caring, helpful and is just a wonderful human! Her communication is fantastic and we had no pre wedding worries and that is all due to Fatima.

We got married at Chiostro di San Francesco and had our reception at Grand Hotel Royal. We met at our reception venue a few days before the wedding to go through every detail, and from the biggest parts of the day to the smallest finishing touches, Fatima had everything covered. The legal aspect of the day, food, drinks, violinist, flowers - all are only a handful of the details that were organised for us.
What makes her so special is how genuinely invested she is in giving you the perfect wedding. She was a calming, smiling face when the nerves hit and made us both feel content.
Throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself, she shared so many helpful tips – from the timing of different parts of the day to where we should walk and stand. Her experience, passion, and attention to detail are second to none.

Fatima, you played such a huge part in what can only be described as the wedding we had only ever dreamed of. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Claire has been absolutely amazing helping me book our dream wedding in rhodes, she has been prompt with replies and emails even out of hours, she reassured me with my doubts, I am now delighted to say our October 2027 wedding is now booked with the help of Claire who has given me confidence every step of the way.
