Beautiful pre-owned JLC Master Geographic purchased just after Christmas 2025, which I arranged to pick up (rather than postage)

Watch was perfect, conversation good fun and drive home pretty smug (well c'mon!)

All questions pre-purchase were answered with clear detail... v happy!

They sourced an expensive Chopard for me and helped with selling some jewellery and another watch. Simply 11 out of 10!

Took my money £3,400 for an item they claimed to have in stock and could deliver in 4 days.
13 days later no item and stopped answering emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Trying to purchase the Rolex that l wanted for my birthday seemed impossible - but contacting Laura was like a breath of fresh air. She was kind, understanding and very professional . She sourced me my new watch within the time limits that she said she would. I cannot recommend watch source and especially Lauri highly enough - they are trustworthy and deliver on time 🤩

I bought my first Tudor from here and I cannot recommend them enough. Super quick with communications and fast delivery and the watch was as described. Couldn’t be happier. Will buy more in the future. Cheers lads

I visited The Watch Source today and was very impressed by Lee. Not only did he freely give advice and insight into brands that would work well for me (tall with large wrists), but changed the battery in my Jorg Gray while I was there. Having met him, I'm sure that we will speak again when I purchase my next watch. Great business and a really nice bloke running it - 5 Stars!

Lee sourced one of the new Breguet Type 20 at the best discount I have seen across any UK dealer. The watch turned up in a few days in mint condition and to be fair the service couldn’t have been better. Nice honest people with no BS - in the watch business 😂. Definitely will be back - thanks guys

After placing a request for a particular ladies watch at a Rolex AD about 6 weeks ago I still hadn't heard from them but came across the same model for sale on the Watch Source website. As it had both the original diamond bezel and dial I'd wanted and was listed at a fair price for the model and its year, I made a quick decision to buy as I reckoned it wouldn't be available for long. Laura made sure the watch arrived before I left on holiday, and I was delighted with the purchase. It exactly matched its description and photographs and was in pristine condition with original packaging and papers plus the balance of the original Rolex warranty. Ironically later the same day the Rolex AD got in touch to say the watch I wanted was now available for purchase, but I was delighted with my pre-owned one which although a few years old is in immaculate condition and therefore offered a considerable saving on the price of a new one for the same model. Based on my personal experience I'd be happy to recommend TWS to anyone looking to purchase a good quality watch. The only small criticism I would make is that there was meant to be a confirmation email about my purchase which I didn't get, and when I followed this up I was told they'd resend it but it still never arrived. However they have now responded to this for which I'm grateful, thank you, great customer service and follow up :)

I first bought a Rolex watch for my wife , which was a mistake as she didn't like it !
Lee took it back and sold it immediately and subsequently sourced the model that was the ideal choice at a very reasonable price I might add.

Personal emails with TWS checking my order and delivery.
I had questions on the delivery packaging as the gift is for my partner so I wanted to make sure he wouldn’t be able to tell what had been ordered. Responses were quick and informative from TWS.
Really good experience, also had the purchase gift wrapped can’t wait to give it to my partner.

Faultless, from ordering to delivery

I had wanted to post a positive review following receipt of my Brietling Avenger Seawolf within a couple of days of placing the order, however the watch did not come with a certificate of authenticity (COA). Having done my research, this is as per Brietling policy; you need to request the certificate of the watch if purchased as new. Having emailed the team I was constantly referred to their warranty, which was not what I was challenging. The Watch Source team could not prove to me the watch itself wasn’t pre-owned, reconditioned or in fact a high quality replica. I’m now faced with sending the watch to Brietling Service Centre for examination at cost of €350 in order to acquire a COA, when it wouldn’t cost the business any money to request the certificate itself….if in fact they had acquired it from new. No explanation received yet.

They went the extra mile to help. I bought a watch from them and I had a different strap I wanted to use on it so Lee kindly changed the strap for me there and then at no extra cost.

They don’t have a shop as they are based in an office building so they meet and deal with you in the reception. Not that that’s a problem but it’s good to know that you need to call and make an appointment to see them rather than just turning up as you would with a shop.

I was so impressed with the service The Watch Source gave .I purchase the wrong watch to start with, after contacting them they were so helpfull in exchanging it for the correct one. I can only state from my personal experience I will go back to them for my next purchase there service was first class.

Excellent customer service. I was running to a birthday deadline for the watch and Lee kept me fully informed of progress throughout, ultimately coming through by delivering a lovely watch well on time. Many thanks and I will be using The Watch Source again in the future.
