Thevivatrees Recenzje

The tree selection was good. I went with a first snow flocked. I didn't want a heavy flocked and everything I had seen was that way. Price wise. I waited and it went on sale and I bought it. Delivery was quick which is nice. Only issue I had was it was getting shipped to my previous address and I couldn't get in contact online or thru the phone to attempt to change the delivery. I received and text to reach out to Fed Ex and Fed Ex said it was their responsibility to change the shipping address that I couldn't. The Shop app said it was delivered when it wasn't then said the 3rd and actually came the 30th. I did finally go to my old address and get it. Otherwise. The communication wasn't to par but the product and pricing was right.
Thank you

The price is what attracted us to purchasing the tree. Once we ordered delivery was quick. We received our tree the next day. Once we pulled the tree out of the box it was beautiful. Just like the pictures. No complaints here. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Very quick shipping time. Very well packaged. Purchased early so the pre-lit lights were tested with each section still in tight protective bubble wrap. The lights worked perfectly and were a bright, yet warm LED as advertised. I picked this tree based on design, appearance and rating.

Such a beautiful tree! I set it up from Halloween to Christmas

I received a 12 foot Christmas tree and the quality far exceeded my expectations. So good. The tree arrived nicely packaged and was shipped at a good speed.

Shipping and delivery were quick! The tree was delivered right to my door within 5 days of the order. I can't comment on the tree itself until I put it up...hope it's as beautiful as the picture and description.

I haven’t set it up yet because it’s only October, but I did take the top piece out of the box and shaped it and it’s absolutely beautiful and realistic. I can’t wait to put it up. Thank you so much.

I love my Christmas tree is beautiful I am truly recommending.

Amazing customer service. I absolutely love the my Christmas tree. It looks so realistic and I can’t wait to decorate it

This is an amazing flocked Christmas tree. I love the realistic branches and the fact that the flocking stays in the tree. It’s an absolutely beautiful tree.

I loved how this Christmas tree was packaged. It was easy to set up, the lights are beautiful, and the branches are full and lush.

The tree is gorgeous and well made! It looks so tall and grand in my 20ft foyer and the light settings make the decorating options truly endless! The branches fluff out really well and setting it up is very easy considering the size of the tree. Really great quality and definitely would recommend! It looks exactly as advertised and the company handled the shipping so well and so quickly!

I love that my new tree has real touch branches. I also love that it comes with several different lighting options which makes it easy when decorating. It has a narrow and slim body with out sacrificing fullness which makes it fit into multiple spaces in my home.
