1 star because they are pretty. What a waste of time and money. They do not connect. I tried e everything! They're trouble getting started phone # is useless. Don't waste your time and money.

What a piece of crap. Not worth a penny. Never connected to the app. Bought 5 wasted the 5 bucks . This company is banking on everyone who buys these won't ask for thier money back so they just throw them away. If you think about all the money they made off us pitching this junk in the trash they are making bank. Do not waste your money or time on this company. I can not even call the phone number for help and the only way I can not call is if they are overseas. I dont have international calling. So they are not in Santa Barbara Ca. Or I could call 855-981-1690 WHAT A SCAM THEY GOT GOING HERE

prodotto che lavora solamente con bluetooth, batteria troppo piccola (e cara) dura pochi giorni....conviene perderlo quando è carica, altrimenti non serve a nulla :-)... troppo costose per quello che serve.

Work only with bluetooth, insufficne tto find it out of the home....the battery runs out quickly, making it unusable....too expenmcive and not helpfull...I buy 3 but were trashed in a couple of months....;-(

Les fonctionnalités sont assez limitées... La connexion entre le badge et votre smartphone est en bluetooth donc la portée n'est qu'une dizaine de mètres.
Ca peut être utile si on perd ses clés au milieu de son salon.
Mais si vous vous faites voler votre vélo, voiture, clés ou papiers... vos espoirs vont être assez maigres pour les retrouver.

Ce n'est pas une balise GPS avec une antenne GSM.

J'ai une autre solution plus simple, plus universelle, gratuite et qui vous donnera plus de chance de retrouver vos objets perdus ou volés...

Il s'agit de QRick.net. Ce site génère des QRcodes avec un message personnalisé.
Vous imprimez et collez vos QRcodes sur tous vos objets de valeur (clés, ordinateur, smartphone, papiers, CB, valises, vélos, parapluie...).
Si votre objet est perdu ou volé... et qu'une personne le retrouve, cette dernière prend son smartphone, scanne le QRcode et elle est immédiatement en relation avec le propriétaire de l'objet.
Il ne reste plus qu'à mettre en place les modalités pour se faire restituer son objet.
C'est comme un marquage, mais aucune donnée personnelle n'est laissée. C'est sécurisé.
A vous d'essayer... c'est gratuit.
Pour ma part, j'en ai collé un peu partout...

seit 4 Wochen keine Ware erhalten. Keine Tracking Mail erhalten. Dabei sollte der Firma tracking ein Begriff sein. TheTrackr = Betrug?

J'ai commandé un pack de 2+1 Trackr Bravo gratuit et fort heureusement, une erreur sur le site (ou lors du traitement de la commande, ou de ma part...) a fait que j'en n'ai payé et reçu qu'un. Heureusement car cela ne sert strictement à rien. Le site propose un discourt assez trompeur à tel point que vous pouvez croire que c'est de la localisation GPS. Il s'agit uniquement de localisation bluetooth et chez moi en campagne, l'appareil me localise à plus de 20 km alors que le Trackr est à côté du téléphone et que je suis connecté en wifi!! Il s'agit d'un outil communautaire. Il est donc soumis à la présence d'une personne possédant déjà un trackr (avec l'appli sur le tél, et le bluetooth activé...) et qui passe près (très près) de votre objet perdu contenant le Trackr. Et en France aujourd'hui, pas la peine d'espérer.
Attention aussi aux frais de port: 10,99$ pour la France.
Sinon, l'appareil à l'air plutôt de bonne facture. A voir dans le temps.
Bref, si vous voulez un gadget bluetooth pour retrouver vos clés dans un sac, allez voir sur les sites marchands et vous aurez la même chose pour quelques euros.

Don't be sorry, if you don't receive it, because it dosn't function in way, they tell you. It don't work outside a range of 10 m, as it is using bluetooth. You should be lucky if you can track anything inside a big house. I can't even track my machines in my garage.
The only way, it can track something outside your house is trough an other person with the same app, and to find somebody with that is a smaller chance than winning in the lottery.

This site is a hoax, and they do not deliver anything. My father in law bought the product in an order worth around 100$ and received nothing. When we tried to get in contact by e-mail, 3 months passed and we got an automated reply saying they had deleted the initial e-mail due to them being too busy. But they hoped we would reply if the questions we had were still valid and unanswered.
So the strategy is obviously to string people along until they give up...

Ordered 2 months ago via PayPal and got my 3 weeks confirmation like others of you.
Since then, there was no more answer or shipment.
Hopefully I'll get my money back from PayPal buyer protection.

I have purchased a Trackr and who knows whenever I will see it. After the payment, and not before as it should be, they tell me that the item I have purchased is not in stock due to "popularity" and they will send it probably within three weeks. I wouldn't have purchased it if they mentioned the the delay before as it was supposed to be a gift... And if someone of you is wandering if it is a gps device, well, it isn't. It's just a bluetooth and works only within few meters.

Virker helt håpløst-kan nesten ikke finne lommeboken min som er i etasjen under meg, ei heller min bil som er på et dekk på fergen.IKKE forvent at du finner noe igjen, dette er IKKE en gps, sporing er IKKE mulig uten at det er en annen perseon i nærheten av enheten du søker har dette produktet som de kaller TracK. HELT BORTKASTET Å KJØPE DETTE PRODUKR`T!!!!

Jeg har ikke fået mine varer i nu har klaget to gange, får blot en ny DHL track nummer hver gang , med besked om at man skal vente 48 timer før den er registreret ..... det har jeg så gjort to gange og det virker som en ''robot'' der håndterer sagerne ?
