Reliable company, great choice of tiles but expensive delivery costs
We were really happy with the choice of tiles and tiling products, the online and phone support was helpful and we found exactly what we were looking for, at very competitive prices. However, delivery costs for tiles were much higher than competitors, so we won't be using this company for most of our future, low volume purchases.

was able to order a sample tile then when satisfied that they would match my existing tiles I ordered with full confidence and the speed of delivery was outstanding.I have since ordered further tiles and the level of service was consitent as previous.I would 100% recommend The tile source to anyone

Excellent customer service from start to finish
I ordered the specific tile I wanted and was making my own collection arrangements.They were very obliging all the way through.My tiles arrived ,well packaged and all in one piece.I would definitely deal with this company again.and they were the only company who could supply this particular tile so that speaks volumes of the stock they must have.Excellent.

Good range, reasonable prices, slow delivery
The victorian mosaic tiles are fantastic and easy to lay but it would have been helpful to have some information on grouting. Because the tiles are non slip the grout stains the tile surface and needs to be removed with brick acid.

Excellent choice, superb service .
I felt like a valued customer as soon as I arrived - and was shown loads of tiles exactly as I had described ( how refreshing - somebody actually listening to my requirements ) . I was given various tiles to try out in situ and my choice was delivered the next morning , as promised . The whole shopping experience at The Tile Source was a pleasure .

A good place to find tiles no longer being manufactured
I needed a few tiles to replace some in my ensuite after a shower leak. My original supplier and other local shops don't stock them anymore. Tile source had some in stock and also sent me a sample
