Contacted Terrace apparel to see if they could a new football legend. They were so accommodating and came up with an alternative idea which was perfect. Great turnaround. Can’t fault them. Thanks

The embroidery is great but shame about the t-shirt
The embroidery is great but the t-shirt itself is quite low quality. The white one I got is very thin and see-through, it looks like it will lose its shape quickly. But I do love the idea and the embroidery quality is good.

Thanks for the review Claire, and I'm glad you enjoyed the design! On the t-shirt quality, we use a premium organic lightweight cotton. It should keep its shape with every wear and last as long as any other t-shirt. Thanks, Lee

T shirt is very nice but wasn't kept informed on delivery. I wanted to pay in full and have ended up paying installments with clearpay which us something I never do. Won't be using this site again.

Hi Jane, thanks for the feedback. Apologies that delivery took a little longer than we would have wanted. Unfortunately, like most people, we've been hit by Royal Mail delays. Regarding Clearpay, this is an optional payment method - not something that you have to select. If you wanted to pay in full at the checkout this is something that you could have done. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. Thanks, Lee
The Didier Drogba embroidered t-shirt…
The Didier Drogba embroidered t-shirt was excellent & really stands out, but I feel the john terry embroidery should be larger, it seems rather squashed & his number 26 suffers because of this. The service we received throughout was excellent & any questions I had were quickly answered.

Top quality!
Couldn’t fault the service from Lee and quality of the product, both of the highest class! Communication and regular updates on the order were provided, slight delay but Lee corrected this in an efficient and professional manner. I’ll quite happily shop again, and give my support to this fantastic and growing brand!

Highly recommended
Good quality t-shirts with well recognisable motifs. I love the size of the embroidery, it makes the t-shirts versatile. Mostly, I have been impressed with the customer service from this company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your t-shirt Donna. Embroidered designs should be 5cm in height (approx) as show throughout the purchase journey and on the product page where you bought your t-shirt. If you feel this isn't the case, please get in touch and we'll look at it for you. All the best, Lee
