I am very disappointed with my experience with Discount Beds Belfast.

I purchased a divan base from this store, which developed a structural issue after only 16 months of normal use by one person. The base became uncomfortable and unusable, forcing me to purchase a new bed at additional cost.

An inspection was carried out, and it was confirmed that part of the base structure had come away. Despite this, the manufacturer classified it as “wear and tear” and the store refused any replacement or refund.

I tried to resolve the matter politely and followed the proper process, including sending a formal Letter Before Action. Unfortunately, the store stopped responding completely.

I find this very disappointing. A bed base should last significantly longer than 16 months, and I expected a more responsible and customer-focused approach.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Ik hebt mijn besteld blijk vrijdag 1 + 1 bed overtrekken maar alles was miss ik moet 8 dagen wachten zo wel zeggen dat vandaag besteld morgen thuis ik bestel ook Hoeslaken s was 3 voor 24,95 + kreeg 1 gratis en mijn besteld doet ik dat besteld en betaald ik krijg thuis 2 overtrek en 1 hoeslaken 90 x200 ik hebt een bed van 180 nou naar bed discount bellen na 35 minuten iemand aan de telefoon en dan zegt die persoon dat was mijn schuld ik moest 3 keer doen en mijn bestelling dat viste niet de persoon in de telefoon zegt aan mij moet weer een bestelling doen nu zijn 1+1 gratis voor 11 euro Ik voelt mijn genaaid 1hoes laken voor 24,95 zo wel dat in de zeeman kost 6,95 de zelfde hoeslaken sorry maar ik zou nooit meer dar bestellen

Purchase a double winged bed from discount beds and furniture was a pleasure dealing with danielle she gave first class service and would definitely recommend her shop

BARGAIN BEDS and sofas Order my dad a bed costing £210 his own money, headboard wouldn't connect to the flimsy base , my brother went and bought different screws thinking screws were to thin, turned out to be the attachments In the bed base are knackered also the wheels on the bed.

Phoned the delivery man right back his reply was he couldn't do anything contact seller very abrupt, contacted seller and still not a reply a week later .last message Told him my 76 your old dad is now without bed,still didn't care.

Please be mindful, this site takes down all bad reviews, and never get back to you with any issues you may have, but quick to take your money

I ordered an orthopaedic mattress and it got delivered really quickly - within days.
I was kept up to date about everything and the mattress was as expected - Great.

I bought a corona low end single bed in July 2020, four days later it had broken due to the post only having one orfice as apposed to two to support the frame holding the mattress. It was replaced over two weeks later, thankfully I had the frame propped up with apparatus that is now ruined. Unfortunately the bed faltered again just this week, it’s now on the floor and I’m sleeping on a slanted bed, I asked when the part would be arriving and was told either today or next Thursday, so.. again I’m left without a bed for another week. The manufacturers are in Armagh so.. it’s not too far away hence why I should not have to wait a full week. I bought this bed from discount beds and have been more than affable, now... I think it’s up to the retailer to replace the part ASAP or provide a refund. If I sold that bed or any product of this genre and it faltered twice they would not be sleeping slanted or uncomfortably.

Ordered the bed on line . They confirmed delivery turned up bang on time . Bed easy to put together .
Would recommend them .
