I ordered the 3-spray dual shower head set a couple of weeks ago and it's an excellent shower system. I really appreciate the solid build and it was a 15 minute installation with no issues at all. But the real plus is how amazing the shower experience is with these shower heads. So happy I decided to get the set.

This company sells a superior and highly rated showerhead system. It is extremely expensive, but according to all the reviews, it’s definitely worth the extra expense. However, this company makes it very, very, very, very, very, very difficult to actually order a product.
I had numerous questions about the products and but there is no ability to contact a human being. The AI function kept giving me the same answer over and over again, which was not helpful. The customer service phone number is unanswered. It just rang and rang and rang and rang. I let it ring for over 15 minutes and just gave up. That should tell you how desperately I wanted to purchase a product and how desperately I wanted to speak to somebody about some of the features of the product. I was also having difficulty actually placing my order, which will be explained later in this diatribe, and speaking to a human would have helped in that process as well. In other words, I would have spent more money if I’ve been able to talk to a human being.
The AI assistant did allow me to enter some information for an email to their “customer service team”, but numerous hours later it remains unanswered. Not sure what the utility of that is.
I also was considering purchasing two showerheads that were essentially identical, but with a slightly different configuration. That is, one with a 12 inch extension and one without the 12 inch extension. The cart kept replacing the showerhead with a 12 inch extension with the showerhead without the 12 inch extension. I could not get it to allow me to purchase two showerheads with slightly different configurations.
This is the first for me. I’ve never had a website that would not let me purchase more than one item. Who ever is overseeing the website should really be scrutinized.
Much of this could be alleviated if there was a human being with whom one could speak.
I get the appeal of AI. But there are times when human beings really are better!
