Although ordered on 26th June on July 11th I am still awaiting delivery...
I was informed by e mail that the order had been dispatched and should be with me shortly.
I am currently in conversation with the suppliers to trace the delivery.

Product still not received
I have paid and ordered my product on the 25th June and today it is 11th July and I still don't have it. I did speak to a customer adviser saying that I should receive it soon, but I am not happy with delivery so far.

Still not received over a week later
I renewed a wowcher for raspberry ketone last week with this website and only received the conformation email of my purchase a week later, after the website had stated that delivery would be a maximum of 5 working days. I still have had no word on the current status of my order and it has now been 10 days. I would never buy anything from here again

Terrible service
The money was removed from my account instantly but Still waiting for product 1 week after bring ordered. Even by Royal Mail standards this is unacceptable !!!

Bought this in the 2kg size flavour vanilla, opened when arrived it was in large lumps & cannot get to go into a powder. Have tried twice but now given up as don't like lumpy shakes

Found site by accident - But very pleased I did. Protein pack very reasonably priced & great value. Very informative description of products, which allow you to know exactly what you are buying. Delivery super quick, with cheap next day delivery. Highly recommend site and product.

Very quick delivery only been taking for a week I saw my sister this weekend and she said have you lost weight I haven't told anyone I am taking these I was just waiting to see if anyone noticed weight loss I didn't think it would be a week later was expecting a month or so I'm over the moon will be buying more Iv had no side effects at tall
