We ordered 1000 pens to be printed with specific requirements for a project within the company. Everyone I spoke to provided excellent customer service and a great end result. I will definitely be using The Printed Pen Site again.

Quick, efficent, reasonably priced. Thank you!

Great price, excellent service and quality pens / colour printing. Digital proofs showing the artwork on the actual product shape were helpful. Delivery was exactly as stated at the point of ordering which was just over a week on this occasion, I would use again and recommend.

I had an excellent experience working with The Printed Pen Site. They helped with all of my queries at a lightening fast speed and were very accommodating, allowing me to make very last minute changes to my order without any fuss at all. The final product was also of an extremely high quality - I would definitely recommend!

The whole experience was very professional. We will be recommending them to others and of course using them again.

Staff at the Printed Pen Site were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend using them for your business needs.

Their prices were competitive and service swift and easy to use.

They were so extremely helpful with an order with extremely tight deadlines, not only was my order here a day early but it was absolutely perfect, they were so helpful the whole way through and if I needed to contact them i could at any point. I will be using them again and again, and will tell anyone to use them.

It was a pleasure to deal with The Printed Pen Site. All enquiries were handled quickly and professionally, and the product arrived on time and in superb condition.

Good communication and no hassle.

I was reluctant to order promotional materials online but decided to try it as the pricing was so much better than other options. I was looking for pencils and The Printed Pen Site had a very large selection and good variety. The service was excellent, with helpful and prompt responses to all of my queries and (perhaps unwarranted) concerns. We are delighted with our pencils and grateful for the help.

I've used a lot of different companies for similar products and what really counts is companies delivering what they say and when they say it. Really helps plan for other marketing tasks when assets are delivered on time.
