I paid 50000 for this worst service. It was not helpful at all. They blindly give you options without checking if it’s for you or not! They do not follow up. They are not at all proactive. Waste of money. Horrible experience! I do not recommend! For everything the CFO will say I will check n get back. Seems like they have no experience

I have been a Personal CFO customer for around three years. My first advisor was exceptional, and back then, the service felt worth every rupee. The guidance was proactive, communication was regular, and I genuinely felt supported in my financial journey.

Unfortunately, the experience has declined significantly over time. The engagement, follow-ups, and overall value of the service are nowhere close to what was originally promised.

What disappointed me the most was being informed in a recent call that Personal CFO has effectively been overtaken by their Wealth Management offering. Since my portfolio does not qualify for Wealth Management, it feels like the service I originally signed up for no longer exists in its intended form.

I have no issue with business evolution, but customers who trusted and supported the platform early on deserve transparency and continuity. The gap between what was promised initially and what is being delivered today is simply too large to ignore.

Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend any services from 1% club or any of their products.

Hi... I taken Personal CFO membership in March 2026 and the experience was pathetic. Below are the issues I am facing.

1) Personal CFO (RM) available only on weekdays that too in working hours - I work in APAC shift and my wife works in EMEA shift so we don't get any common time on weekdays. Since most of the mutual fund SIP investors do job so it's not possible for them to have spare time on weekdays. Even Sharan's session happened on Saturday, so if customer acquisition can happen on weekends why not customer service? As a result, many sessions like the credit card session, second quarter review session were attended by me only and my wife couldn't attend it. Even when I ask for any session on weekends they try to convince me for the weekday when I was not convinced that meeting gets on hold.

2) Commitment that my portfolio will be managed by a SEBI Registered professional is not happening - In the 3 hours master class Sharan said that our portfolio will be managed by SEBI Registered adviser, however my RM is from a very less known college where below average students go for bachelors. Bachelors from below average college is the highest degree they hold with some easy NISM modules that any one can clear with one weeks preparation. When I complained about it they told me many entrepreneurs in country are from below average college but my question is why are you betting on them with our money.

3) Free Vacation commitment - In the masterclass it was committed that we will get free vacations by using a credit card however I don't see it happening. In the credit card session I was asked to continue with the same cards I am using, so no value addition was done here. My spent on credit card was more than 10lacs this year when I complained about it the senior told me you should spend at least 25- 30 lacs to get free vacation. In the master class Sharans one of the statement was we will help you to build your first one crore. How someone who haven't yet have one crore Corpus can spend 20 to 30 lacs on credit card every year?

4) Tax filing is of no use - In master class Sharan showed the value of tax filing is 40000 as they will help us to save tax and will advise on how to save tax in future. But the guy appointed to file my tax just filed my tax he didn't suggested anything to save tax any CA fresher can do this for 500 rupees I don't know why he said the value of text filling is 40,000 rupees.

In duration of a year I had 3 different CFOs and none with the intent to meet or connect. I only had 1 scheduled session in the total year rather than 4 as promised.
