Great customer service and easy process, struggled to pay and easily helped me out

Great experience & great customer service team! Needed to change my 1st payment and really thought this would be a problem but not at all they came back within 2 minutes to say it was changed & updated free of charge & no affect on my credit file! It pays to speak to them if circumstances change out of your control. Thanks again & would always use in the future

The Money Platform has been a great company to use. Terms and conditions are easily laid out as is repayment schedules, there's no pressure to use their service if you're unsure.
My financial situation drastically changed when I was seriously ill, when I explained the situation they were very helpful and understanding over a repayment I wouldn't be able make. I would definitely use them again.

The application process was easy and very smooth. Customer service brilliant when I asked to change the date of my first instalment. They were able to do this for me and replied to my request really quickly. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I can't speak highly enough of this company! The whole loan process from beginning to end was a great experience. Everything was very straight forward, and the loan completed amazingly quick!
Unfortunately due to the operation costing more than I was first advised, I had to make up the shortfall myself, which had a knock on effect on my financial situation.
I asked if I could skip this month's payment, a super speedy response, very kind & understanding & payments moved till the end of May with no charges incurred or damage to my credit file!
I wish more companies could follow their lead!
