Disappointed
I must say the online and on the phone service was good, but the quality of the product was shocking considering the cost, you wouldn't expect both shoes to be marked, scratched and having a faulty sole even though they were in their own bags. £85.50 totally shocking.

Perfection in Service
I placed my order with The Menswear Site on Sunday PM and it was handed to me by the courier on Tuesday PM exactly as advised. The shirt was perfectly presented as if I had just reached up and taken it from the store shelf. Top marks to The Menswear Site.

very impressed
I ordered both a designer polo shirt and pair of jeans on two seperate occasions a few months back and it came to under £40 total for both. this was before the website was updated and i was impressed then. Last week i purchased a luke page jacked at £30 down from £140 and was very pleased with the next day delivery. The jacket wasnt quite the right size so i ordered the larger size and had no issue. I had an email confirming my return less than 24 hours after sending the jacket. Miles above other companies, which can take days after receiving the item. Already recommended this site to a number of people and would recommend to anybody; couldnt fault it.

Did I get a second?
Bough a shirt of these guys. When it arrived there was a defect on the sleeve. There was no stitching on part of the cuff, so some of the sleeve was hanging out. I send them a picture of the defect but never received a reply. In the end I fixed it myself. Needless to say I won't be buying from them again. It's a shame really, the delivery was rapid.

Thanks for giving your feedback - I can confirm that we would never knowingly dispatch an item with a fault, unless the fault is a minor imperfection and then ONLY with the customers explicit consent. The costs of return postage alone would make it poor business sense to do so, not to mention the inconvenience to you the customer where we strive for 100% satisfaction.
We do not buy, stock or sell any seconds on our website, or indeed in store. Can I ask if the shirt was still in the manufacturers packaging? I would expect so as this was supplied from our warehouse directly, in which case this is unfortunately a manufacturing defect.
I've taken a look through and cannot locate any emails from you, to what email address did you send it? If you could forward us the message (support at themenswearsite dot com) along with receipts for any costs you incurred for the repair we will ensure you are not left out of pocket. We do have more in stock, which we would be happy to exchange for you (at our cost) if you would like? Please just let us know and we will arrange courier collection and delivery on a day of your choice.

Thank you for your feedback - I just wanted to clarify that we do not charge a fee to dispatch exchanged items, I believe you are referring to your return postage? Unfortunately in the case of regular exchanges (IE there is no fault with the item) we are not able to absorb the cost of return postage as well as offer free next day delivery (for both the original order and the exchange).

Online website and in store purchases,
Easy well laid out website, all sub headings and offers are clearly marked out and well laid out, had no problem navigating my way around it. I then paid for over £300 worth of goods online, fast and prompt delivery with frequent emails updating me on my items progress, even over the christmas period sure enough two days later the goods arrived.
All goods were protected and perfectly sealed.
unfortunately some of the items were slim fit and short cut and didn't fit me, I phoned the online number and with no hesitation they gave me a reference number told me to go to a store as I live local and they will arrange for either a refund or other items to the same value.
Instore the staff couldn't of been more helpful, all professional and had a brilliant time speaking with their shop floor staff who are just as equally passionate about their clothing lines.
Top website, top shop, top staff & a new loyal customer who will be returning simply based on this one time service.
