Couldn't be happier with the quality of products and level of service from the team at TheMagicTouch Ltd. From our first enquiry right through to purchase, after sales support and ongoing account servicing we can't fault a thing. We bought their DTF Magic 60PRO 2-Head DTF Direct To Film Printer and we couldn't be happier with the results. Special mention to Mark, Dave and Julie for being super helpful at all times.

Best Company - The Magic Touch is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Over the years the service has been amazing never am I disappointment with this company and it's team. Best customer service, honest company and great products. If there is anything you need help with they are always a phone call away. Liam from the company is friendly, and very helpful. His customer service, and knowledge of products they offer has been invaluable. I can not say enough good things about this company and the people who work for it. The equipment and supplies they offer are of excellent quality.

There is no doubt that the service is second to none but Guys, Have a look at your postage costs! £16 delivery for a small Ink cartridge? We are buying less and less due to accessive delivery costs. We got the same cartridge next day for £20 cheaper all in. There is more business out there for you if you have sensible postage costs

Found this company when we were let down by evri who delayed our delivery from a major printer consumables supplier. The guys were excellent and Carl was able to check his stock for me. The item turned up next day and I subsequently ordered another item and that turned up next day. Think they will be my preferred supplier going forward.

I come across The Magic Touch when looking for my printer. I thought out of all the companies these guys were the best price in terms of what was offered including the paper and ink. I am super happy I picked to buy from them because it was fast delivery but also customer service - you get a human! And they are awesome. I am very selective when I comes to high value purchases but I am so thankful I found you because I have no worries in buying future products as I know I will get the care I need when I need the help and I can ask any questions and the guys are just super helpful. True to their name... They do have the Magic Touch! Very happy customer.

Wonderful company and the staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I turned up not knowing an appointment was required but still they were happy to help me and set up an account for me, they gave me free samples to try. I ordered some glitter HTV in a couple of colours and as I waited outside for them to make up my order every member of staff that either entered or left the building said hello and asked if I was being seen to. The Glitter HTV is great quality and very easy to cut and weed and looks fantastic on the t-shirt I made. Thank You The Magic Touch I will be back.

I found this company very good for the products i wanted , Their prices are good and delivery was quick, After i purchased with them i received a personal email a few day later asking if every was ok and was i happy with the products i bought which i thought was a very nice gesture. I would recommend this company as they are very helpful in making sure you get the right product.
