So impressed with this company! Was let down by another company after ordering a tent for my granddaughters birthday. Then found a similar tent on The Living Store. I couldn’t find any delivery time details so rang and spoke to a lovely man who checked they had tent in stock and promised he would post that same afternoon. It arrived the next morning! The tent is perfect....one happy granddaughter!!! Would definitely shop here again!

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish!
Thank you Yasmin, your customer service was impeccable! You replied incredibly fast and answered all my question immediately. Delivery was within two days for a bulky item, and in COVID-19 times that is amazing! I would highly recommend The Living Store. Now that we have our BBQ, you will be my first port of call for any other garden or household items!

Great service
Great service despite supply issues caused by Covid 19 with manufacturer. Kept me informed of situation and offered a full refund if we didn't want to wait.
Opted to wait (it was no more than a week delay) and really pleased with BBQ.

Excellent servIce and brilliant bbq
We ordered an Outback bbq from this company and are really pleased with it. We were kept informed about a possible delay in delivery due to Easter and the coronavirus situation and offered a full refund if there was a problem but it arrived fairly swiftly. I would thoroughly recommend The Living Store and will definitely be using them again.

Very efficient service.
I don't think you could receive a better service from The Living Store and also the courier on delivering my Outback Hybrid Magnum 3 bbq. Would certainly deal with them again.

Despite all the current lockdown difficulties
Ray kept us updated regularly and it arrived exactly when he said He even emailed to tell me of an error in the manufacturers instructions. Will definitely use this company again.and to top it all the price was far cheaper than anywhere else

Outback BBQ
Despite a delay on the arrival of the bbq as per the previous review we have been kept informed throughout. The BBQ has arrived today and been constructed with ease. It looks and feels study too. Now we just need the rain to depart and we can use it!

The Living Store have struggled to get the goods I ordered due to the high demand for gas barbeques as a result of the covid-19 lock down.
Hats off to Ray Jobsz who has kept us informed all the way through the delay in Outback getting the equipment issued out to us customers.
Keeping the customer informed is a great asset Ray has, keep it up man!!
