I would highly recommend the little love bird !! I shopped around for ages to find the best personalised pjs for my wedding (as gifts for my bridesmaids and mum for the morning of the wedding )!! The girls loved them !!
The price is so reasonable compared to other companies and the quality is absolutely amazing ! Definitely would buy from there again xxxx

The little love bird were fantastic! When I contacted them to ask if my order would arrive in time for a friend's hen do, they rearranged their work to get it dispatched on time! Absolutely amazing customer service!

The bridal robes I ordered look lovely online and reasonably priced. I chose the express delivery but 2 weeks later they have not arrived and I am getting no response to emails. Getting quite concerned now as only 1 week left before the wedding ☹️

I recently purchased a set of personalised Gracie dressing gowns for my bridal party to wear on my wedding day this summer. The gowns are incredibly high quality and were an extra special touch for my wedding morning. My bridesmaids and Mum were thrilled to receive them and the personalised element, including their role and name, ensured that they were individual and unique to each of my wedding party. The gowns looked beautiful in all of my pictures and I’m so glad that I purchased them as gifts for my family and friends. I cannot fault The Little Lovebird who were extremely attentive, prompt and thorough, my order arrived within the specified delivery period and the gowns were packed with a great deal of care.
I will definitely be recommending The Little Lovebird to all of my family and friends.

Paid for express shipping which said 7-10 working days. Am now on day 15 after ordering it on 19th September! Emailed on 6th October and no response. My mum's wedding is just over 2 weeks away and these pyjamas are needed as a present to her. Need these to be shipped this week asap, very stressful not having a contact number either.

Updated 14.10.19 Finally got my order and conveniently got a response via email the morning after I posted originally. This lady has 0 customer service and was extremely rude claiming I didn't give her adequate time to reply and couldn't 'find my email from earlier where I have her 3 working days to reply to a simple email. She blamed me for not telling her the date of the wedding as she has for others previously, yet they don't even ask for this on the website. Are we meant to read her mind? Honestly avoid at all costs products aren't even that great

I would leave zero stars if I could. I was told the robes (ordered 7 personalised) would arrive in time for my wedding in beg Aug 2019 however the week before wedding when I was chasing the delivery I was told there was a hold up and they would not be shipped in time and so I would be refunded instead. It was a shame as left me no time to order from anyone else and so we didn’t have robes for the photos but these things happen.

However, is now October and despite chasing for this refund weekly I am still yet to receive it. I was told the first time that it was in a queue but this was months ago!!! And now the company does not respond to my emails. I am now going to have to take legal action. Which is the last thing I wanted but I’m just not going to see a penny of that money any other way.

Great idea but buy from a different company, save yourself the heartache. I wouldn’t want another bride to go through what I did. Issue remains ongoing.

Will be reporting to trading standards.

UPDATE TO SELLERS RESPONSE

I appreciate the right time frame but I emailed specifally asking if it was possible for non custom robes and I was told yes. I don’t mind that you couldn’t ship, I’m angry you didn’t refund me until YESTERDAY and had I not gone to the extremes to get my refund I doubt very much I would have ever seen a penny of it again.
I was not emailed that the robes would not arrive, I emailed you and that’s when I was first informed.
I chased for refund weekly bar while on honeymoon, maybe this is something you need to look into as a number of people have had issues with your customer service and this seems to be a reoccurring issue that is letting your company down.
Never told problem on card, this is news to me and it’s dishonest- I have an email from your team on 18th Sept saying we were on refund schedule see below-

I emailed on 23rd September and 29th September and I haven’t had any response.

I placed an order for 3 non personalised robes and just want to know if I will receive these by 4th October as if not I would want to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Personalised Hubby & Wifey PJs. The bride and groom loved them and took them on honeymoon. Allow plenty of time for order to come through as it’s about 28 working days because it is personalised. The Little Lovebird was really helpful and made sure item was received in plenty of time.

I ordered robes for the morning of my wedding for myself and 2 bridesmaids. We loved them and they were super comfy to wear!

I ordered 7 dressing gowns for my future daughter in law and her bridesmaids for her wedding on 1/8/19 - the dressing gowns originally we chose were out of stock but I have to say that Sue from The Little Lovebird kept me regularly informed as to their delivery date. It kept being put back, due to no fault of The Little Lovebird, but Sue kept us informed and offered us an alternative which, in the end, was even nicer than the ones we originally ordered. I would recommend The Little Lovebird if you want some lovely good quality dressing gowns for yourself and your bridesmaids

I received my order 2 weeks after the wedding, they never replied to my messages or offered any type of apology.

Super happy with my Little Lovebird order! Some of the robes I ordered were out of stock, however the team were super helpful & immediately responsive to my emails letting me know when I should expect my ordered. From their email saying that mynordered was dispached I received my order via DHL in less than 24hours (UK to Malta) so I was super chuffed at the efficiency once everything was back In stock.
The material is gorgeous and I’m super happy I decided to order from here rather than buy local!

I ordered pyjamas for myself and my bridesmaids in June with a 4 week delivery time, I couldn’t wait for them to arrive. It got to September and I still hadn’t received the pyjamas and my wedding was on the 15th September. I contacted the little lovebird and was advised by Sue that they should be here by the 13th September due to a problem with the supplier. I had given up and thought I wasn’t going to receive them in time for my wedding. On the 10th September I had a dispatched notification! The pyjamas arrived on the 12th September and I’m so glad they did, it was well worth the wait, my bridesmaids loved them and we had so many comments on them! Thank you very much!!

After thinking about my daughters wedding white dress I decided to look for an apron for her to wear on her special day which was fast approaching!! I saw a perfect item very reasonably priced and quickly ordered the personalised apron. A week went by and I hadnt heard anything about delivery- I looked closer at the delivery times and noticed that I hadnt allowed enough time for the the apron to be delivered. I e-mailed the company and the lovely ‘Sue’ replied and told me not to worry and that the team would bring the order forward and make sue I received it on time. It arrived shortly after and the quality is amazing!! Thank you so much for your help and I have now learnt to look at delivery times! I will most definitely be ordering from Little Love Birds agaon . Top marks to the team and for their lovely attitude!

Giving them one star here is generous. My Word of advice is do not use this company! I placed an order back in July for Bridal Party Pjs for my wedding this coming weekend, after chasing several times and being told that the 9th September is the final date for dispatch for personalised pjs, i chased again this morning only to receive a response that they could not fulfill my order - yes this is 5 days before my wedding and 40 days after originally placing the order.

Customer service is absolutely shocking - kept asking for someone to ring me to discuss refund - nobody did, and since posting on social media about my shocking experience.... i've now been blocked!

Brides - DO NOT USE! I've another company who have stepped up and told me my personalised PJs will be here tomorrow for us all as they would never want a bride to feel let down on biggest day of her life - now that is someone who cares - not The Little Lovebird!

Wow what an amazing little company! Came across the little love bird on my Instagram and knew almost instantly that i needed the robes for my wedding morning. I was right to trust my instinct, the ordering was simple and not too pricey! Once i recieved the robes i was amazed they are gorgeous. My bridesmaids and I loved wearing them whilst getting ready gave a really wow factor to mt pictures! Thanks so much guys. Need to get planning my next event so i can order more stuff! X

My bridesmaids loved their personalised pyjamas they looked amazing in our getting ready shots. Service was great, I had one that unfortunately arrived without some detail but it quickly got replaced. Quality of the pyjamas was also great. Loved the extra touch of butterflies instead of hearts which matched my wedding theme, would definitely recommend 😊
