I ordered 2 lemon vases 45 day ago for 400 eur. I haven’t got anything and they are ignoring my mails.

Ordered what looked like a beautiful (but very expensive! strawberry vase after seeing it on Instagram but it arrived damaged with a cracked. I contacted customer services via email and they advised that it was down to the “handmade” nature of the product despite the fact the product was clearly damaged and I supplied photos to show this. I have obviously disputed this but they have not replied to the numerous emails and I have tried to contact them via Instagram and they’ve blocked me. Advise strongly against purchasing from here. I wish I had read these accurate reviews before buying online.

Diese Vase wurde am 21.06.24 bestellt und sofort via PayPal bezahlt. Umgehend erhielt ich eine Bestellbestätigung, in der mir zugesagt wurde, dass ich informiert werde und Trackingdaten erhalte, sobald der Versand erfolgt. Danach herrschte absolute Stille. In der Zeit bis zum 12.07.24 schrieb ich den Verkäufer viermal an, ohne jedoch eine Antwort zu erhalten. Am 15.07.24 schaltete ich PayPal ein, um einen Fall zu eröffnen. Am 26.07.24 teilte mir Paypal mit, dass der Verkäufer eine Trackingnummer übermittelt hat. Diese Trackingnummer ließ sich aber nicht verfolgen, war somit ein Fake, wie scheinbar der ganze Shop. Wer also keine Lust auf Frust und Ärger hat, bestellt dort besser nichts! Gut, dass es Bezahlsysteme wie PayPal gibt. Da ist man dann als Käufer wenigsten noch gegen diese Webpiraten gut abgesichert. Also bloß Finger weg von diesem Shop!!!

Oplichters, krijgt je bestelling niet en krijgt geen gehoor op mails/ telefoon

Eine bestellte Tulpenvase wurde sofort bezahlt und dann hörten wir nichts mehr von diesem Webshop. Auf emails und Instagramnachricht kam null Resonanz. Erst nachdem ich Paypal einschaltete, bekam ich nach weiteren Wochen eine Vase zugeschickt, die nicht der Farbe entsprach, die ich bestellte. Es handelte sich um ein Exemplar, was vorher schwarz war und mit der Sprühflasche weiß über lackiert wurde mit Nasen dran, einfach nur schrecklich! Ich werde in diesen Shop nie mehr etwas bestellen!

No response to any emails or DM's. Sent a complete random red vase that had a green top and black seeds, not at all like the vase on their site.. and then said the other vase ordered was pre-order only.. not correct when I purchased start of May. they have since updated the website to say preorder.

really upset with how this was handled. They only needed to have emailed me that it was out of stock and to wait and it would have been okay. Instead they sent a fake copy of the vase, tried to gaslight me about it and then didnt repsond. They only responded when called out on instagram as a last resort as i would NEVER do that and responded to my DMs gaslighting me with laughing face emojis..

shame they couldnt respond on emails like a proper business and that they tried to pull the wool over my eyes with a phony vase.

They do not reply to your emails and do not send items, then when disputed with paypal - they send you a FAKE copy of the vase that looks like its from TEMU.

Absoluut walgelijke klantenservice. Ik heb hier 2 vazen besteld. Toen ik bestelde stond er dat ze op voorraad waren. Toen ik mailde om te vragen waar ze bleven, kreeg ik als antwoord dat deze later verzonden gingen worden. Dit stond zogezegd bij het product vermeld. Had ze doodleuk dat aangepast op de product pagina. Zo is het wel makkelijk ja. Ik wacht tot de zogenaamde wachttijd voorbij is. Nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ze antwoord niet op mails, ze verwijderd commentaar op instagram. En dan wordt je gewoon geblokkeerd. KOOP HIER NIETS. PURE OPLICHTING. Ik neem de nodige stappen om mijn geld terug te vorderen.

I can't even begin to tell you how bad this company is!! They will not deliver your order!! When you try to get a refund from them they will ignore you. I went through PayPal for a refund and because PayPal contacted them, they sent me some random tiny ugly vase that I hadn't ordered, that was worth a fraction of the value of my actual order. Then when I told PayPal that they were just being manipulative and that I should still receive my money back, PayPal told me that this awful company would give me a full refund only if I returned the stupid little vase TO HOLLAND!! So if I want a refund I have to package some dumb vase and pay to ship it to Holland with the *hope* that I'll actually get a refund (and I certainly doubt that I actually will). This company will go to great lengths to steal your money and then lie to companies like PayPal to keep it. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't buy anything from this company, they are horrible people!!

Wouldn’t even give this 1 star but can’t give zero!!! Saw the vase I ordered in a reputable magazine and believed it to be trust worthy. How wrong I was!!! Thanks to PayPal I disputed it and will get a full refund. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Achtung, das ist ein Fakeshop ! Habe einen Leoparden Leuchter bestellt für 299 Euro plus 35 Euro Versand. Es sollte ein Geschenk sein. Bekommen habe ich nach etlichen, unbeantworteten Emails und Nachrichten eine Tracking Nummer aber ein Paket wurde nie eingeliefert. Bei Instagram wird man blockiert. Am Ende habe ich jetzt einen Fall bei Paypal gemeldet. Passt auf ihr Lieben Leute.

Inmiddels 3 weken geleden bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Nog steeds niets ontvangen en ook geen antwoord op mijn verstuurde mail.

Internetfraude/ oplichting! Meer dan 4 weken geleden heb ik een vaas gekocht en betaald. Ik heb deze nooit ontvangen (ook nooit updates gehad). Op geen een mail of poging tot contact een reactie. Ik had de reviews eerder moeten lezen, want ik ben niet de enige. Ik ga aangifte doen.

Update 14 mei: geen vaas of geld terug gehad en nooit een reactie op mijn mail gehad dus inmiddels aangifte gedaan

Update juli: nog steeds 0 gehoor en ben inmiddels op Instagram door haar geblokkeerd. Heel zielig dit.

Ich habe zwei Vasen Lemon bestellt. Eine kleine Variante und eine große Variante. Beide zu Weihnachten! Die große Lemon Vase wurde beschädigt geliefert, was auch sofort angezeigt wurde. Die anschließend geforderten Bilder habe ich geschickt, aber darauf nie wieder eine Antwort erhalten! Geld wird auch nicht erstattet. Ich werde jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten!

I ordered two Lemon vases, a small version and a large version, both for Christmas! The large Lemon vase was delivered damaged, which was reported immediately. I sent the requested pictures, but I never received a response! No refund has been issued either. I will now involve a lawyer!

Habe am 15.1.24 Osterdeko und eine kleine Zitronenvase bestellt (Bezahlung über PayPal). Erhalten habe ich nur die Osterdeko, aber nicht die Vase. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde ich mit längerer Lieferfrist vertröstet. Weitere Nachfragen meinerseits blieben unbeantwortet. Inzwischen habe ich PayPal eingeschaltet wegen Rückabwicklung. Prozess läuft noch. Warte noch auf die Rückerstattung von rund 180 Euro. Lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Shop!!!

De webshop heeft superleuke spullen. Ik heb er twee vaasjes in de vorm van limonade flesjes gekocht in de veronderstelling dat het handgemaakt zou zijn. Dat staat immers op de website "alle vazen zijn handgemaakt". Bleek echter made in China te zijn, dus weinig Nederlands handwerk aan. Dit stond overigens niet bij het product vermeld, maar alleen op het stickertje dat op het product zat. Jammer ook, want ik probeer zulke spullen wel echt zo veel mogelijk lokaal en verantwoordelijk te kopen.
Bestelling werd 9 dagen na plaatsen bestelling geleverd, in plaats van de 2-4 werkdagen die beloofd waren. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk dat het wat drukker is, maar laat het dan ook even weten.
Medium enthousiast dus drie sterren, want de vaasjes zijn wel echt leuk, maar de beloften zijn niet waargemaakt.

Update: een van de vaasjes is inmiddels bruin in plaats van roze.

Fakeshop, über zwei Monate keine Reaktion auf die Bestellung, auf der Artikelseite wird erst mit schnellem Versand und dann mit angeblichen Lieferterminen geworben. Keinerlei Reaktion auf schriftlichen Kontakt. Glücklicherweise Käuferschutz über Klarna gegeben. Die Zitronenvase gibt es auch bei Gutraum8, das sieht seriöser aus.
