I came here to shine a light on everything about this program and am sitting here reading the very few negative reviews and am shaking my head.

Don’t believe them! They are not lifting anyone up and only want to bring people down. So sad.

There are literally hundreds of positive reviews on this program and team and the 4 or 5 toxic people have to come on here and crap on all of the really wonderful things about this program just to make themselves feel better! These negative reviewers seem vindictive more than anything. They didn’t follow through and it’s somehow the program’s fault, lol! Everything with those kinds of people - the naysayers - is always someone else’s fault. They are never satisfied and they have to Karen everywhere they go.

I have received way way more than I could have ever imagined from this program. I’ve had extra coaching when I’ve asked for it. I’ve even had coaches reach out to me to help me when they see I’m stuck. NOT just within the first 90 days.

You can give feedback ANY TIME you want! Either directly to your coach or to the Support team. Any time and you will be taken care of! So anyone who says otherwise is simply lying.

The structure of the program is very clear when someone joins and you have to acknowledge reading, understanding and agreeing to them before ever moving forward with enrolling.

They are very transparent and THERE ARE NO SURPRISES HERE!

I’ve spent over $50,000 on other programs that never fulfilled their promises, that’s why I’m here.

This whole team goes above and beyond every single day for everyone, even the complainers. I really don’t know how they do it and keep their minds right, honestly.

You will be blown away by the support and community here! It’s so inclusive and uplifting!

I feel like the program was not worth the thousands of dollars that I spent. Here's why.

You only get individual coaching with an actual flipper once per month for 90 days. This is when you are just still setting up your business - not when the good stuff hits like actually flipping. My success would have increased significantly if I could have continued the coaching.

If you ask a question twice in their Facebook group, you will be dismissed for doing so with a response like "We've answered that already" and to "search the page" or "check module X". I only ask questions when I don't understand the answer or need further clarification, and that's after spending hours of my time searching the page and reading each comment and completing modules. I felt discouraged from asking anything.

I listened to 75% of the podcast listening to successful flippers as I looked for inspiration, but eventually I started finding a pattern. The vast majority of the successful flippers had some sort of real estate background or had a super supportive partner that literally helped them flip in some capacity - financially, construction, or management. The flipstress program is not enough alone for a newbie to transform into a flipper despite their claims. I would know, because I tried. I thought my hard work and diligence would have been enough.

I would love a refund at least, but they made it clear that this was not available. I feel like the salesperson who introduced the program manipulated me. She worked to persuade me to open a new credit card to pay for the program. I cried expressing how scared I was to spend that money. She should not have convinced me "mom to mom" and promised me big $ success.

My biggest complaint is that the leader does not accept feedback. If she did, many of the problems I encountered could have been resolved before I even left this review. This review is a result of feeling ignored and dismissed.

I know the leader will likely respond to this review as she does with every negative review. Notice the pattern of dismissiveness and attempts to discredit. Those 1 and 2 star reviews are real. I wish I had checked TrustPilot before I entered this program.

AFTER FLIPSTRESS RESPONSE:
“Direct email access with their 1:1 coach”
- You told us NOT to email them. Everything we have to say must be posted in the Facebook group.

“Weekly email check-ins”
- This is only during the first 90 days of a 365 day program.

“Conversations during their 1:1 calls with their coach”
- This is only 3 times during the first 90 days.

“1:1 calls with their momentum coach”
- This is only 3 times during the first 90 days. And what is a momentum coach going to do anyway? She knows nothing about flipping.

“Reaching out to our dedicated Support Team”
- You tell us to not email you unless there is a technical problem with the software or modules. Everything is supposed to be posted in the Facebook group.

These are some of the things I already mentioned in my original review.. again the inability to take feedback.

At first I thought it was expensive but soon learned the course is worth every penny!! They don't keep asking for money like the other master classes. The Flip stress group and coaches SHOW UP like they say they do. The mindset coaching (Shari Jo) and the coaching that Kristine Che and Sis does is phenomenal, and they show up and teach you anything you ask about Real-estate investments flipping and holding. They build your confidence and all the ladies in the FB group give you positive reinforcements and NEVER put you down or make you feel bad about yourself!! They answer every question with positivity. I always leave both these ladies and the FB group feeling much better than before. I have found referrals about Lenders. Their lessons and experiences stick with you and you remember what they taught you. They have definitely given me the confidence to go forward because it was times like years before I felt like giving up saying "this is so much work". The zoom calls with Debbie Blair Sis and Shari are great. You feel loved in a group call with ladies asking the questions you wanted to ask but felt stupid to ask. Their motto is NO QUESTION IS STUPID!! Just ask it. Lastly, since joining on 06/26/2024 I have learned so much with these ladies and just this short time. Grant it its a lot or work Flipping Houses and it isn't easy because I'm still learning it still so much I have to learn and remember but This keeps me busy and to know at the end of this journey(hope it never ends lol) There will be a big reward at the end of this rainbow!! Luv you all and Hope one day I can celebrate closing one deal so I can rinse and repeat others.

PS I'm also showing some REA some of these techniques even though they wont admit it.

It’s the best of the best programs that I joined in my real estate career. It made flip houses process like a pice of cake. I got everything I needed from it, every question came to my mind, I found the answer in there, examples, strategies, and I found not only the knowledge, I found sisters there, the coaches are amazing, they are very supportive in any stage of the flipping. This program It’s not only help me with the house flipping process, it’s actually helped me with my real estate business. I am a realtor and this program changed my way to look at real estate Market and properties. I attended many trainings before in real estate, there is no training can compete with Debbie’s program. I love it, I am still enjoying it and I recommend it to anyone wants to change their life to great.

This is the second community I joined. The first was also good, but I chose a second, first because it was women - different brains and processes, and because it teaches a local focus and building a team which a national focus does not do. I love that the purpose is to leave places and people better than we find them. Yes it is a lot of work and their are no shortcuts, but the encouragement is fantastic and the participation is genuine.

You helped me so much to grow and listen to myself to my voice and what’s important to use my voice !!!! Right after my coming out of closet then my toxic divorce and the job change new apartment …. In the middle of all this chaos you and this program helped me to see the light at the end of tunnel. THANK YOU Debby and to all of the coaches you put together to make our goals become a reality!!

I only wish I had joined this coaching group sooner!

This group honestly turned a lifelong dream into reality. I had always wanted to get into flipping houses and real estate investing, but I had convinced myself it was too risky or financially out of reach.

This group provided me with a framework to build a sustainable investing business. It not only saved me from the common mistakes I see other flippers make but also equipped me to make educated, data-based investments.

The coaches are consistently present in the group (including Debbie herself) sharing best practices to help your flipping business not just run but thrive.

The accountability, co-learning, sharing, bravery, and sheer CEO energy in the group are unlike anything I've experienced in other online communities.

Many of these women, whom I have never met in real life, have become investors in my projects, honest mirrors when I need them, and friends I can rely on.

It opened up a whole new world for me and my family, I highly recommend this program!

This company is not what they claim to be. They do not offer any new ideas than any other real estate program out there, although they claim that they do. There are a lot of modules to go through, and I got to #3 and realized that this is not what they had advertised. I have left several messages via phone, facebook with no reply. I should have performed more due diligence (shame on me) but this is a NON-REFUNDABLE program....do not purchase unless you understand that this is the same as any other program. They advise you to create a "team" in the beginning of the modules, including contractors, lenders and real estate agents. This is a waste of time when you realize that real estate investing is a numbers game. Also they recommend that you go ahead and get set up with a LLC with the state before you get through the program and grasp a full understanding....again, waste of time and money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL - POOR WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

This program is like no other online program or community that I have ever seen! There is so much valuable content & support given. The coaches are always available & attentive to questions. Joining this program has been worth every penny!

This coaching program is the real deal and such an outstanding value. With a truly caring person at the helm making sure every one of her coaches and students also are dedicated to leaving people and places better than we found them, I feel I made the right decision investing my money in Debbie’s group. I have full faith that I can make it back 100-fold, and on top of that I now have lifetime membership with a great group of inspiring women! Thank you, Flipstress!

I have been a part of Flipsisters since October, 2023. I joined after looking at a few other real estate investing groups which were much more expensive and didn’t have as good of reviews that Debbie’s group had. I loved that it focused on women and making them successful. It is much more affordable and you get so much one on one coaching, constant talk and feedback in the Facebook group and the most thorough materials and videos to teach you the ins and outs, what to do and what NOT to do to be successful in real estate flipping. I have no negatives to say and you can’t go wrong being a part of this group if flipping is your goal!

This program is AMAZING and worth every penny! Debbie has created an in-depth and very detailed program that sets you up for success as long as you are committed and put in the work. She also has an incredible group of coaches that work with you one on one along the way. The member only Facebook group is also a great support and a fantastic way to connect with other like minded women!

I feel so fortunate that I heard Debbie’s podcast, that led to me joining her program, which totally prepared me for flipping my first house within a matter of months, which then led to me being a guest on her podcast! I can’t recommend her program enough! With ongoing support from her and the coaches in the program, as well as a tribe of like-minded women from all around the country to bounce ideas off of, you cannot find a better program to prepare you for flipping houses. She doesn’t hold anything back and will answer any questions you have throughout your journey. This program totally changed my life, and me, for the better!

After attending the conference and going through information that is clearly laid out in the modules, this program is well worth the price to join.
