Great company great service and what’s more great price. This is the second Ed Hicks phone case that I have purchased. The second one was not because the first had worn out it was because I had purchased a different model phone. If, and it looks the same quality as my first, I will be hanging on to this case until I upgrade again.

I wanted to replace a phone case I had previously purchased from this vendor for my elderly iPhone. The case was not apparent on their website so I phoned the vendor. David said he would look to see whether he had any of the cases. He quickly messaged to say he had none, but had found a few other cases which might suit and he intended to send them to me free of charge. My phone is now in a lovely Drew Lennox leather case, at no cost to me. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered one of their elegant black leather phone wallets with stylish red decoration; it arrived in a day, but with the embossed name in a font I hadn’t ordered. David was charmingly apologetic and immediately had a replacement engraved in the requested font, and that arrived the day after too.
Not only fine craftsmanship but graciously efficient service - I could not be happier.

Bought my wife a turquoise leather phone case from hicks way.
After about 8 months the leather began to fade in places.
Contacted their customer services, on a Sunday afternoon.
Within an hour, a gentleman by the name of David replied, and offered a replacement, but did advise that a different colour might be advisable.
She chose a black case with red stitching.
The replacement arrived within 3 days, fantastic service, thankyou

The leather part of the case is well made, however, the case part that holds the phone has a soft black rubber skin which scratches and peels off and looks very unsightly. I contacted Ed Hicks about this but nothing heard from them!

This is the second iphone case I have purchased from Ed Hicks. The quality is second to none, and the leather is genuine hide. The stitching is perfect and the phone fits snugly inside the case. There is plenty of room for the credit cards and the magnetic catch stays closed. I cannot fault it. The product arrived within 2 days, well packaged and with a cloth case. I couldn't be happier with the product and can thoroughly recommend the company and the products.

This time they went above and beyond, as I hadn't realised the slim line Roma case didn't have the card slots. I find these so helpful, so asked if I could swop - not a problem and no postage charge to return it either!

They are very supportive and it’s clear that customer service is what drives them. The ‘phone cases are fabulous quality , I’ve dropped my ‘phone many times and no damage sustained . Also their engraving service is well worth adding , a beautiful way to personalise your case, plus cases arrive in a lovely pouch , so makes a very welcome gift. I bought a Ed Hicks leather iPhone 13 Pro wallet in May22 and was really pleased with the colour and quality. The iPhone fitted perfectly and the addition of having three slots for credit cards + another for notes was a bonus. I have now bought another wallet as I am using my old wallet for holidays and want a new one for day to day. This is my first order with this company and j am so very happy 😊. I ordered a leather case for my S24 and it is beautiful, soft black leather with red detail and red engraving, I absolutely love it. I placed my order and it arrived a couple of days later, not only that but accompanied by a large red cleaning cloth and a few little surprises.
