Product is beautiful and delivery was fast however, the courier company only attempted one delivery and then took to a post office. The recipient, my grandmother, is elderly and house bound and this was a disaster.

The duvet is fine, warm and comfortable, I have not given it a 5 because it is heavier than I was expecting.

Once again, I received excellent help, support and advice from the Duvet Store. Tony is such an asset to them and is worth his weight in gold! Thrilled with my 13.5 tog channel goose down duvet. My previous one at 10.5 tog was never quite warm enough for me but that was my choice, hence the reason I've gone up to 13.5. Tony's suggestions were really useful in helping me come to a decision and I absolutely wouldn't shop anywhere else for a duvet. Delivery was exactly when and where they said so thanks for everything guys. In the immortal words of Arnie - "I'll be back"!

Pretty prompt delivery, great quality 520 thread count bedding.

The good: good quality + warm duvet (for all seasons), fast shipping to the EU.

The bad: Got the 80% down and really wish I’d spent a little more to get the 100%. I don’t love the feathers. Bummed.

The delivery took 3 attempts (and three days) before they knocked on my door!! The low score was for the dreadful delivery service but the fitted sheet was as to be expected and perfect.

I bought a lovely 'partner' duvet at a great price.

Would have given five stars but the delivery experience wasn't great. Fedex gave a four-hour window and arrived an hour late, so I had a wasted morning. Grrrr ...
