Very pleased to have found this company. Booking in the drone repair was straightforward with good communication throughout. This extended to the repair itself, keeping one informed as to what was being done and when. Drone returned well packaged and back ‘to new’ condition. Whole process took well under 2 weeks (I didn’t avail myself of their express service). Based on this one experience, I’d feel very confident to use them again. (If necessary!). Joyfully flying again!

I dropped my drone off for its first repair since buying it second hand from a friend as I found myself staying in the area. Had a chat with Ed about the possible issues and was then contacted a few days later with an estimate. Following my approval, the repair was carried out and returned to me via DPD within 8 days of me calling in and it now works better than ever! Great service and communication and nice to know I have a good team to turn to if and when needed.

I recently had an excellent experience with Drone Worx while on holiday. After an unfortunate crash with my drone, I was unsure if I would find a reliable repair service. Thankfully, I discovered Drone Worx online and the entire process was seamless. They provided efficient service by collecting my drone, keeping me informed with updates on the repair progress, and promptly sending it back in perfect condition. The online service was so convenient, but it might be nice to have the option to speak with someone over the phone as well. Overall, I'm thrilled with their service and will definitely continue to use and recommend Drone Worx to others. Kudos to Ed and the team for making what could have been a vacation disaster into a positive experience!

Not only was the original quote very accurate, they replaced parts i didn't ask for and there was no extra charge. Return was prompt and safe using their suggested service

Sent my drone to drone worx for repair after a silly crash. The online communication was straightforward, the price for repair was reasonable, as was the time to get it back - several weeks. The work carried out was top notch and I’m back flying, albeit more carefully. I’ve just a minor gripe in that I was unable to speak with a technician via telephone - all communication is via email or text. However, I’m pleased with the work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great service, used the drop off and return option, was kept informed of progress and what needed to be done to repair my drone, prompt and efficient payment system, All within a 3 day turnaround

Great service, easy to contact, they responded quickly. Repairs were carried out quite quickly and it was returned. I would definatley recommend them.

Over the moon with their work on my drone as when I opened the box it looked like brand new.
The only thing I found that slightly let the service down was the email communications but when I rang the number they rang me back straight away.
I would definitely use their services again tho

I have called multiple times, left messages and completed their online form. I haven't heard a peep. If their pre sales is poor I can only guess was their customer service must be post sale.

Communication is very poor, when you ring them you are told they tell you they don't answer the phone but will email you when they feel like it, until you pay for your repair they may reply to your emails but once you pay they stop replying, you need to bombard them with emails until they finally do reply. Will not be using them again

The shipping, was quick, easy and painless, the communication was very professional and courteous and the repairs that have been done were done to the highest standard. It looks brand new and flies exactly how it should. I also found that the price for the work done and the shipping to be very reasonable. Smooth professional experience, The Drone Worx gave me a quick estimate whilst on Holiday in Portugal, then when back in UK posted the Guys my damaged controller, original estimate was very close to actual, authorised and paid, Received controller back all sorted within a couple of days, Excellent service :-)

Small problem with initial shipping (a problem with the courier, rather than Drone Worx), but once that was sorted out, the fault identification and fix was dealt with promptly and returned to me within a few days. Now working ok again without problems. Pleased with overall service.
As a suggestion for process improvement, I would have preferred to have a direct phone contact number rather than a generalised email and subsequent call-back.
