The Directory Guys Ireland Recenzje

Got a phone call from a "novice' in British Columbia who I let talk for a while (he knew my business address, wanted to talk to the owner, etc). He mentioned he was calling about my Google Directory listing. I said what listing (you can't change it)? then he says his "expert" coworker sitting right next to him will explain further (as he could not answer my questions). He then connects me to his coworker - I get a "wait a minute as we transfer your call" recorded phone company message, then I get connected to a loud, obnoxious, rude, Irish (?) male on the other end totally talking over me and ignoring my existence on the other end of the line. After he said they weren't interested in my money a couple times, and criticised me for advertising my business on Google , etc, I HUNG UP! Stay away from these stupid people! Obviously they used a young naive kid in BC to connect me to an idiot in Europe somewhere (or on a beach paid by dummy clients). Did a quick search after the call - they get 5 star and 1 star reviews! Really! ThewayIfigure is ....The real ones give 1 star, the fake clients give 5 star reviews. Get a company to make Google ads for you or work on your SEO. There is no get-first-place-on-Google-quick scheme that works.

Bianca has been very informative and helpful regarding our stats and also her continued feedback on how we are progressing as a company. I would have no hesitation to recommended her/your services to other businesses.

I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to get involved with a company like this as I had had a few calls from similar companies in the past and I wasn't exactly Oozing with confidence from those initial calls. But whatever it was about the call from the agent at the beginning of my journey with The Directory Guys seemed to have a different feel to it so I took a leap.
Since then I have been more than happy with their performance to date. My contact is Alysha and she is really amazing at what she does. I have seen considerable increase in the daily contact for my business since she has taken over. I get regular phone calls from her and she is always in great form and full of energy about my business and my needs towards my business. I cannot thank you all enough at The Directory Guys and in particular Alysha for your performance so far. I hope we have a positive furture ahead of us!!

This a review that I’m proud that I took a chance on a company that like all others would call for this kind off service I’m 100% taken back by there customer service, there response to any at all Iv questions about, they even call you email you for information that maybe your not able or can understand what to do , AND THEY WILL STAY ON THE PHOME AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND MAKE IT INCREDIBLY EASY AND STRESS FREE !

I spoke with Anastasia and in my experience this member off staff is an absolute credit to this company and I’m saying this because she was professional, she was intelligent and amazing to the extent she would actually make you not feel like this can’t be done and advise you on all aspects off what to do going forward week by week , absolute professional and lovey woman thank you so much Anastasia

Scammers please be aware will use dodgy back links! Also will do very little work and non responsive acccount managers!! Please dont waste your money with this company sales reps are irish main office is uk!!

Thanks for everything

Great to ring you up and promise the sun and moon but nothing in exchange really , once you pay way every month that’s what they are looking for.
Stay WAY !!!

AVOID! AVOID
Total scam - you will not receive even half you’ve been promised. Tried ringing - got no answer, emails - no answer. Cancellation is not possible. Money money-back guarantee is nothing to guarantee. I disputed it with the bank and only then were they bothered about talking to me. They will treat you like you say nonsense, and they never provide services you have been told before you signed up. Worst ever experience.

if you ever come across this guys please be advise not join them or use the services really poor customer all there in it for is to take your money and not provide anything if i can i wont even give them a 1 star that how bad there and i be looking into them

They are scam artists they updated our business as closed temporarily on google try to hack our business
