I went into the store in Braehead, this is where I previously purchased a Persion Spice reeds diffuser. when I opened the bottle the smell was very faint. I went into the store and eventually spoke to the Manager who basically said it is over 30 days and was not for exchanging the item. His attitude was shocking. It maybe over 30 days, but had not been opened, I am concerned on how long the item was in stock to lose its fragrance. I buy all my oils for the Sensum diffuser. I won't be shopping with this company again, please be aware when you purchase reeds diffusers that they may have been in the store/warehouse for a considerable time.

Back in this amazing store again, James was fabulous at helping me with choosing a gold ornament piece. I ended up choosing the gold tree which looks amazing and goes so well in my room. I also asked about the room fragrances and he let me smell a few and told me his favourite and the best sellers so it was my choice completely with no pushy sales.
Another great experience in store thanks to James…Will be back

Ordered sideboard came full of chips.
Coffee table was scratched and chipped.
Mirror was chipped.
All replaced but mirror and coffee table are chipped and scratched. Paid for it to be built, well that was a disaster and had to be redone. Awaiting replacements again. Just opened sideboard for the first time and discovered its missing a shelf. Absolutely shocking. Order originally placed in Jun 26 with first delivery in jul 26. Would avoid at all costs as its not exactly cheap.

I bought a bedside table for £75. When I brought it home I discovered that it was full of scratches and chips. The only reason I didn’t bring it back because it’s too heavy and I’m 79 and I had to ask for help to bring it up to my flat. This item should have been priced at less that £75

Sairai in the Braehead Store was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained things clearly.

Went to the shop at Braehead all the girls were fantastic no hard sell which I love saw chairs we loved but wanted to look elsewhere. Saira gave us details of what we liked and prices needle to say came home called the shop and secured the chairs we loved. All done effortlessly.

Hi I visited the Braehead store I was looking at the Brent Dinning Table a lovely Lady came lady from the store asked me if I needed any help she showed me different styles of tables and chairs what a great range of furniture
I am hoping to go back in today to order my Dinning Table
I would just like to say the lady that helped me was called Saira what a lovely lady it was a pleasure to be served by her I would say this lady is an asset to Designer Rooms
Also purchased a lovely Faux fur Blanket great quality and a great price can’t wait to use it
