The staff are lovely, they really made me feel so welcome especially as I have a phobia about going to the dentist. The receptionist I spoke to was lovely and she made my final decision to book an appointment

Consultation first with Dr Wasima Shafique to see if she could remove a polyp from my inner lip. Attended the appointment where Dr Wasima explained what would happen so I felt at ease and the procedure took place. I have had this polyp removed before but this time the treatment, being slightly different is much better and I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you.

refusal of service, misinformative, not giving any details until after the booking, making sure that HR and reception is seen as most important above those that are in Ill health, or wellbeing,hygiene standards are very low, low kept waiting and service area, reception area is also unkept, leaving quality on hygiene, ignore services and threatened to cause a problem with other dentists, not allowing for appointments to happen, this is being reported to the health authorities for the malpractice and refusal of service.

Johann and all the team are so friendly, professional and kind. They made me feel so at ease. Everything was explained with consideration for my understanding and re-assurance and the treatment was carried out in a way that exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them too highly.

I have been having on going treatment for the past 8 months. A great team. Kind thoughtful staff. The reception team are welcoming, friendly and helpful, the nursing staff are so helpful and caring. Terry the technician who takes great pains to make sure things fit perfectly. Johanne a super surgeon, who helped me when others couldn't. Dr Mo you are a star, taking over my treatment half way through due to a very sad incident. You have more than stepped up to the plate. I would recommend this practice.

I had been referred to this clinic for a tooth extraction. I was dreading it as I'd had a bad experience somewhere else a few years ago. However the staff could not have been kinder or more efficient, and the tooth was very quickly and painlessly removed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Shafique and her dental nurses who really know what they are doing. I will certainly return if I need something similar in future.

First of all, this is a genuine and independent 5 Star review. I thought I would clarify that before continuing.

So, when my crown fell out and I found out I would need to remove the tooth, I was quite concerned to say the least. I really didn't want to have to have this gap in my molars and I didn't know where to turn. I began researching implant clinics and just couldn't decide as I didn't know these places personally. There were concerns about what service I would get, what the people would be like and would I be ripped off. Eventually I settled for The Denture and Implant Clinic based on their reviews and just took a leap of faith.

What a fantastic decision I made. The process from start to finish was approximately 6 months and at every stage I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism. I mean, really!

The reception staff were professional and kind, the management were professional and kind, the hygienist was professional and kind, the dentists were all, guess what... professional and kind.

Your first appointment when you visit The Denture and implant clinic, you see Jan she goes through a treatment plan suitable for you she explains everything in detail and you can tell she is very professional at her job. It was decided I would have placement of implants and dentures. From the start to finish of my treatment I was treated by the team all of them professional caring and with a smile.

Due to a fear of dentists I was very nervous. I went for a consultation and was put at ease after explaining my fears . Everything was explained to me with regards to my treatment plan from start to finish and I felt very comfortable I had dentures fitted on top and bottom and I am very happy with the end result and I now feel more confident in myself

I have just completed my 2nd inplant treatment and can highly recommend this clinic.
I guess no-one enjoys the dentist and I was particularly nervous about the procedures to start, but was all the staff were charming and empathic. They were professional, yet very pleasant and reassuring and am more than satisfied with the results.
I was even amazed that I didn't need pain relief after the initial treatments, despite it being recommended if needed.
I am now switching all my dental care to this clinic.

About four months ago I came to the Denture and Implant Clinic.
I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the receptionists and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Jan showed much empathy with my problems, and enabled communications which I have used to good effect.
Dr Shafique confirmed that my care of my teeth had been OK.
Dr Amin completely got my confidence to follow his recommendations, to have a upper and lower partial denture, by his adherence to ethics, his empathy to my feelings, his friendliness and, of course, his competence.

The doctor at the clinic Dr Styger was great and really re-assuring about the procedure and all the questions I had . Following the implant and crown fitting Dr Amin took over who was really good too, as I had to go several times to ensure the colour and shape were correct.
The reception staff are fantastic too - always friendly and helpful.
The clinic itself is clean and well organised. I would definitely recommend to others.
