I am an old customer of Decor Kart. I always have exceptionally superlative experience. The products are very refined and very artistic. But the best part is their customer support, timely delivery and awesome packaging. Niloy is always been of great help. Thank you Decor Kart for the lovely experience.

Ordered two trinket boxes made of ceramic. They were beautiful. Very well packed. Unfortunately, the lid of one of them arrived slightly broken. Contacted the team, and they were very very prompt in replacing it free of charge. They worked with me to make it happen.

Firstly quality of the product and it's uniqueness. Second the packaging, the effort they take to send it in wooden box to receive without damage. Third their customer service. I was treated so well when I missed a deal. They could've simply said it's over but valued my thoughts and gave it off without second thought.

I purchased decorative wall lights. They packed them with outmost care to deliver without any damage. But bulbs were missing. When I contacted them, responded properly and supplied. It’s awesome.

I bought an owl platter recently and the product is awesome. I have never seen such good packaging before. It came in a wooden box for a small product. When I asked them a query on WhatsApp the reply came quick. Very professionally run and carry beautiful products.

Happy with the product we purchased for a big occasion! Was delivered well before time and the packing was excellent. The item was exactly the same what we saw on the catalogue. Price, ofcourse is on the higher side.

Hi @thedecorkart you have such pathetic customer service. Just spoke to someone called Niloy over an incorrect order delivered by your team and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend a brand like this to anyone with such customer service and horrible behaviour. Understand you’re unavailable on Sunday but clearly need to train your staff. Pathetic behaviour - you’ll not get the right order and then poor treatment
