From my initial query about setting up a charity for my terminally ill grandson. i have had the feeling of the pressures of creating the legal side of things taken away from me.just by Rachel clearing up the ambiguous questions that i had. there are cheaper companies out there . i wanted quality of service and i believe that this company can deliver on tha.

I registered using the free company registration and was waiting for some form of catch.

However, the has not been one.

My company is registered and now I have access to a wide range of tools to give my business a boost when needed. Most I will not be using till my business is a bit more established but it is great that I have access to them.

there is a lot of help available that The company warehouse showed me but there is also some very confusing items on the site that I'm definitely going to need help with.......does a company need a director ? what about shareholders do I need to have them ?
at what point do I need to see someone about data protection, in my industry there are no pioneers my industry is aerial photography using UAV's, its such a burgeoning industry that I'm the one that feels like a pioneer for others to follow..............maybe I need some specialist advice ?
