Really great results - both the quality of the print and also the frame over which the canvas was stretched. Will definitely use this firm again

I should say I'm seriously upset with the quality! My concern is the canvas material as it's not a real fabric canvas! It is a PLASTIC canvas which reflects the light so badly! (Polyester) It is like the low-quality canvas prints that Officeworks does here in Australia. I have so many other canvases printed by Vistaprint.com.au on a REAL FABRIC CANVAS (cotton) and they are awesome! I thought Canvas Factory will do a better job by claiming that they are a pro canvas print company. The only reason that I have printed with Canvas Factory was due to my custom size otherwise I wouldn't pay such an amount for PLASTIC CANVAS PRINT! I'm so upset. I shouldn't forget to say the print quality (colors) and your customer service were good.

Odpowiedź od Canvas Factory
Hi Farzin
I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your canvas. We use a 35% cotton 65% polyester blend. These two fabrics are often used as a blend to make the canvas easier to care for and more hard wearing. It's what we have always supplied in the 10+ years of our operation.
We also use HP latex ink which does have a slight gloss finish.
We supply a lot of photographers and wholesale customers who are very happy with out Products. It does however come down to personal preference and the price point you are trying to meet.
Whilst Vista Print supply cotton canvas, they do have quite a limited range.
Kind Regards
Amanda
I wanted a vertical panorama of tree printed, so very long and thin. No dramas, and an excellent result.
