The Canvas Factory made it easy to request a special sized print and produced 2 really lovely prints, my hope is the remaining 8 prints in my 2nd order are just as great.

Its certainly not acceptable that your order was damaged in transit and we will make a claim on the courier

The ability to produce a custom sized product is very useful, and the main reason I selected the supplier. The range of edging options is also good, as is the option of a designer to assess suitability of photos for the canvas size. The design and support team are very pleasant and helpful. However, this is my third order, and the second time the high quality of the product has been let down by the time taken for delivery. I would recommend ordering at least 2 months ahead if the product is required as a gift or has another deadline. The whole purchasing experience would be improved markedly if the courier service was more efficient and reliable. Despite best efforts, the support team were unable to track the product or provide a delivery date.

I've been happy with all photo books and canvas prints purchased from Albumworks over more than a year, but there has been one disappointment which has led me to use another organisation for some canvas prints... that is, the lack of different wrap styles offered by Albumworks when I consider my photo content and composition requires an alternative.
