Odpowiedź od Canvas Factory
Hi David.
Would you mind emailing us some photos showing the over stretching? The canvases are stretched using a fast framing machine and there is an allowance to have the front of the canvas wrap slightly around the sides, so the colour on the sides does not show on the front of the canvas . The allowance is generally set to about 2mm.
You can email us at support@canvasfactory.com :)
Kind Regards
Amanda
