Their communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and professional. When they noticed a potential issue with my images possibly appearing blurry, they contacted me straight away to let me know before proceeding, which immediately built my trust. I wasn’t too concerned and gave them the go-ahead without any changes. When the canvases arrived, the images were not blurry at all—they looked absolutely wonderful. I really appreciated the heads-up and the care they took, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with my custom canvas purchase and would happily recommend them.
